Very rude! I just contacted the pharmacy to let them know my son’s credit card was stolen & used at their store and she told me to contact the credit card company (which I had already done) and then hung up on me.
Not too good of customer service!

This CVS is located in a great location near the 46th street el stop in west philly. BUT– their pharmacy is absolutely crazy. I called to refill a perscription and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up, called back, and told (by someone with a very heavy accent) that she could not find my name and that she would «be back later.»
I have been in CVS’s system for all of the years I’ve lived in Philly and have never had this problem before. I ended up getting my scrip from the CVS at 39th street.
Beware– customer service is not their strong suit at the pharmacy.

Darby, PA
Typical CVS location. Convenient if you’re going to visit somebody at Kirkbride a little bit further up the street and they need things. Store is kinda understaffed, though. I was in line for a bit just for an Arizona and deodorant.
