I’ve had way better seafood. Their customer service is horrible. The men there are unapproachable and very sarcastic. Whenever you have a question or are ordering, they treat you as if you are bothering them as opposed to asking an employee for assistance. I’ve been here 5 times. The first time, i was given a batch of bad crabs… They stunk as soon as i opened the platter(he had to smell that). The second time, i went with my sister, the food and customer service was OK. The third time, the guy with the glasses was very rude and sarcastic because i wanted a broiled platter that only came fried. He responded as if i was supposed to know that. The fourth time was fine. The fifth time, the other black(dark skin, thin frame) guy raised his voice and spoke in a very sarcastic tone. i had to stop and stare at him because the tone he took with me was unacceptable. Their customer service is disgusting and i will not be going there again. My advise to them– if you don’t want to work then quit. Customer service is very important in this kind of business.

I stopped coming here 3 years ago. You wait 45 Mins or more for you to get waited on. When you call them they hang up the phone and play games with the phone sometimes it’s busy. The ppl who work there are very angry. I reckon it’s because they pay the workers poorly so they don’t deliver as well as they should. Don’t come here because you’ll be very disappointed !

Definitely enjoyed my first experience here. Haven’t been to a seafood spot in a very long time without it wreaking of bad seafood or damp floors. The salesman were very nice and very helpful, he even came out to the car to let me know my order would be ready within the next five minutes lol unlike some places where there’s nothing but attitude. Not to mention the prices are pretty fair!

I have been going here for the past few years and never had an issue. I always get their steamed platter with crabs, potatoes, broccoli and corn and the price is pretty reasonable. The only con is that the wait can be long at times but it’s worth it.

When you wait almost 10 minutes to place an order(there is no rhyme or reason as to how Crab & Claw takes orders) and 45 minutes for that order to be fulfilled, you’d think the food would be delicious. Mediocre at best, bordering on not so good, was the description of my most recent meal at Crab & Claw. One good thing is the prices are reasonable. With such a great location and clean facility, I hope they can implement a number ordering system and faster turnaround of cooked orders. This is one of the only takeout seafood restaurants in the neighborhood and it’s unfortunate to have to drive elsewhere for better food and service. I’m not sure I’ll return to Crab & Claw. Third time, in this case, wasn’t the charm.

Pros: Wide range of seafood choices. Fresh Fishes, Clams, Oysters, Separated Crabs, Butter n’ Garlic Crabs, Claws, Legs, Bushels. Nice clean environment. Gentlemanly banter from the staff. Cons: Takes forever to get your order. yes, they boil, steam, fry, dip, batter, shell, clean whatever you bought right in front of you. But, I’ve been to so many places that are much quicker with service. Not to mention there is always price and size discrepancies from store to store. Their Large are many other places Mediums. Weird Quirk, they charge you for anything done to the order other than the way it came, i.e. Halving, cleaning, deveining. And they do cash only when frying? We’ll see when they get the full summer swing going and all their cases are full…
