Clear Vision Optical

What ever you do, DO NOT go to this place!!! This is the worst optical in north philly. first of all they are so rude and ignorant. I went there to get contacts, paid by my insurance, they took my prescription number and told me to call back in 2 weeks because they had to order them. I keep calling back and they keep telling me that my order wasn’t there. after a month without contacts I called AGAIN and they told me that they cancelled my order because someone called in and said I didn’t want contacts anymore, which is not true. so I called my insurance to find out and they told me that the optical I went to NEVER ordered my contacts in the first place… so now I’m stuck blind for another 3weeks until I can receive contacts from a different place. worst place I went to!!!
