Childhood spot. Its been about a decade since ive had it. The general tso chicken lunch special is still on point.
The crunch, the rice, the all of it.
For less than $ 5. What a bargain! Delicious.

From the outside this place doesn’t look appetizing, and sometimes it looks closed when they’re actually open. But, this place has the best chinese food in the area. During the week delivery is fast but on the weekends it can be quite slow, but worth the wait.

It looks like a dingy little corner take out place… But the food is very good. They are literally at my door in like 8 minutes. This has been the go to Chinese take out place since high school.

They have the best boneless spareribs on the planet! We have never gotten a bad meal here. Priced right but with good quality. All the other chinese dumps in the neighborhood have gone down in quality and up in price. China ruby is the best around. Do not order without getting the boneless sparerib app. Tender and juicy, not dried out like others.

While I don’t love all of their food, they’ve got great steamed dumplings (if you like the dough a little thicker, and the meat really flavorful and saucey) and the lo mein is pretty good. Their fried food is just off the mark for me, usually too tough to chew when I do choose to order there. The service is good, pricing is good on some things, high on others considering the portions.

Egg rolls are not over-​fried which I liked. However, the basic dish of shrimp lo mein was blah. The noodles were cooked alright, but the pork fried rice was abysmal; overly dry with no flavor and strange black marks reminiscent of mold or fungus in the pieces of pork. I hope I don’t get sick from old product. The black was on the inside, so it didn’t seem to be from the cooking. Also, the dish as a whole was very under-​seasoned.
My order of hot and sour soup was ok. It was much darker than it is typically served. I know how to make the soup, but the 10K ingredients make me to lazy to do it often. I don’t think the extra dark soup is from to much soy sauce. Mystery ingredient, we have a mystery ingredient over here!

I did not want to try this place, becasue it looks old outside. I was concern it is not clean. I read the review I. S has, and decided to walk in. Wa La~~ Surprised! Inside a clean take out place. The taste is pretty good. I ordered eggplant with chicken in brown sauce. shrimp fried rice & egg roll is good too. this is on my way home, so I save its phone # and place the order when I close by.

I’ve been eating at this family owned take-​out only chinese place since I was a little child. It’s all family owned and they take great care in the quality and ingrediants in the dishes. They have great hot and sour soup, and their entrees are delicious. I highly recommend you get take out here.
