Not sure what has happened to this business. We used them for years and got great service. The last year or two it was painful to use them — couldn’t get by the front desk to the accountants. The front desk lady (or should I say ladies — several have been and gone) didn’t answer email or my calls promptly or at all and they certainly didn’t know what they were talking about. One actually blamed me for not having the correct form, how was I suppose to know? I was paying them to know! The owner disappeared after tax season and never returned our calls either. In the end, we left and went someplace were we got better service. We were sad to this because we had been with business for 10 years.

Not very satisfied with this company for tax services. High priced and didn’t really «own» the taxes at all. I really want a good life long accountant that will really own my taxes each year and find deductions, etc. and don’t mind paying a lot for them. This company did not even come very close to doing that.
Extremely poor service and they essentially force you into maintaining having your taxes done through them by not providing appropriate documentation from how they arrived at their calculations.
They are now at 5450 Germantown ave btw and their number is 2 159 515 585.
