Wow, this place is really just great over all! Ive never seen a place with prices this low, and food this good. It was ridiculously good & the bill was only $ 18 for 3 people, you cant beat that. Service was top notch, my server couldn’t have had a better personality, the portions are large. I think i might have to visit this place a lot more often

Highly recommended I liked my sandwich best of all I love that the portion wasn’t OVERDONE, which can take place at various diner spots around Philadelphia We’ve noted since moving from another State, several months ago It’s clean too which is nice. Check it out definitely!

I’d driven by this place for years, but never tried it until recently. I heard they recently renovated, and the place looks wonderful. My daughter and I stopped by for breakfast after swim practice one Saturday morning, and we were both impressed. Service was fast and friendly and the food was really good. I’ve recommended B&B to my friends and they agreed. I’m only giving a 3star rating due to the fact that although the food is good, nothing is homemade. The have a small, tight, menu that covers all the favorites and the open kitchen floor plan gave me a birds eye view of an obviously talented kitchen staff that is under utilized. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good. The pancakes taste like they’re made from a mix, but who ever made them knows how to work a mix. If the owner tried making them from scratch, they could have a signature dish that would make them stand out among the other diners in the area. Same with the waffles. I haven’t tried the lunch salads yet,(chicken/tuna) but what I saw on other customers plates also looked commercially produced. There are some standouts on the menu. Their pork bacon(the only kind I will even acknowledge) is delicious. Those deep fried hash-browns are so wrong, they’re EPIC! It’s like MickeyD’s magically gifted us with their delicious hash browns along side a old school ensemble of bacon eggs grits and toast. NEVERCHANGETHEHASHBROWNS!!!

They have renovated the place! This place has been in the community for abt 10 years and it has always been known for the wall of pictures of its patrons. Recently this business was under renovation. I can say that the wait was truly worth it. The décor is amazing & it’s so spacious. There’s a flat screen that displays all of the pictures that used to be taped to the wall. The servers are very pleasant & breakfast was on point! I will definitely be coming back.

An old school breakfast joint. Service can be slow, and the food can be under salted. More of a dinner than a hipster brunch spot, and I am grateful for that. The omelette is fluffy and not overcooked, which I appreciate.

I come here often with my family. The owner of this breakfast store is so nice and friendly. The older waitress is also very kind, she always has a smile on her face and seems very genuine. The vibes in there is very pleasant and uplifting, food is also very good, I think it’s a very family friendly breakfast store. The pictures on the wall can explain it all!

This place is great. The home fries were perfect and my over-medium egg was actually over-medium! Friendly staff, good coffee, great food.

The service is slow. Don’t go if you’re in a rush. If you call in, give it about 45 minutes for your order to be ready on a Sunday. I frequent the location and you must be clear about your order. They’re always in a busy state. The food may come out wrong. They add or forget things. The staff members are very nice. Their saving grace(4 stars) is that the food really is delicious. You get nice portions and it’s seasoned well. Good grits, waffles and homefries.

The young tall waitress was the only thing good about this place. The omelette was tasteless, the scrapple old, the bacon undercooked, and they guard the napkins with their life. They get two stars because of the pleasantness of the waitress; no I wasn’t staring at her rack.

Service is ok, there is an older lady who is a waitress/host that makes you feel like you went to grandma’s for breakfast, don’t know her name but she’s awesome. She also makes the best coffee. The younger girls have a bit of a temperament sometimes. That aside the food is always hot, hearty, and good. The Cheesesteak wrap is one of my favorites. My boyfriend can eat their grits all day. The fish and grits are also a must try if your a fan of that combo. Glad there is a gem of a breakfast/lunch spot that I care to frequent.

I went to brunch with my son last Saturday just before 12… had only passed this place countless times before. This place is not much to look at but it’s clean and we were acknowledged immediately and seated even though it was busy. The waitress was friendly and let us take our time ordering. There was so much on the menu that looked good we didn’t know what to order. Finally we decided on the eggs and sausage with French toast. We got our food quickly which was good because we both came in with an appetite! Let me just say the food was amazing! Eggs over easy were perfect and the sausage tasted like sage… and the French toast omg… melted in your mouth… When I took my first bite so many flavors whipped butter maple syrup and even the cinnamon stood out… it was perfection. And truly not to exaggerate I swear the French toast was like an inch or more think… like a piece if pound cake… people were coming and going as well as picking up take out and there were the usual diner sounds like clinking forks and spoons and plenty of light chatter. It was a great experience and I cannot wait to go back. Who knew this hidden gem was here… everybody but me considering how busy they stay… lol?! Oh yeah we were so busy eating we didn’t get any pics: P that’s ok… next time ;)
