Worst experience of my life. I have never experienced issues like I did at this store. First, the salesman messed up my account when I joined a family plan, which resulted in my friend and I having to spend 2 hours on the phone with att. The guy on the phone said the salesman should’ve told us he messed up and should’ve fixed it but he said nothing. Then, the same salesman told me I would only pay 40 per month for my line and the next plan and that I would have no charges from my previous contract. Then the bill comes and I am. paying 80 per month so I call att and they said the salesman made a mistake and I have to go back to the store to have them fix it. At the store, I speak with Michael, manager, and he acted like I was an idiot who did not understand the plan, although I explained to him 15 times that the salesman told me I would not have to pay anything for moving my contract to the family plan. He was not only completely unhelpful but was so rude and condescending that I wanted nothing more than to leave att for good. Stay away from this store; they will mess up your contract and then act like it is your fault because they just protect each other with no regard to their customers. Worst experience I have ever had. Remember the manager’s name because he is definitely the worst«customer service» person I have ever deal with in my 8 years as an att customer or any other company.

Hear he, hear ye… I declare this AT&T retail store the best in the land. Really, I felt like an experience that can usually be so daunting was handled beautifully. We were helped by Jen. *She immediately approached us within 15 seconds of entering the store. (*usually I despise being jumped on the moment I walk into a store but in tech situations it’s imperative that somebody help me. If I have to be Indiana Jones and hunt somebody down– or worse… wait on an epic line; I’m out.) So back to Jen– she was knowledgable and no high pressure strong arming to buy a $ 7,000.00 phone, package and platinum phone case. We stated our needs, and she provided solutions. I would have to say those who had a bad experience here might have been there on an off day, or perhaps are just difficult customers to please. Let’s be honest– they’re out there. Demanding, rude– if you being that to the table then perhaps *you* are the issue? I digress… As a veteran of retail sales I know it’s not easy to make everyone happy– but Jen and the other staff members at this store do a great job. The store is clean, and everything seemed to be in stock. I left with a great phone, a plan paying less money than I had been previously. I’ll be back for all my cell phone and AT&T needs!

This AT&T store is easy and convenient to go to. They have all the latest products and services available. Despite other reviews, go to this store and see the customer sales associate Tony. He is extremely knowledgable & helpful. Tony is experienced and easy to work with while providing the best customer service. He is also a friendly guy who can help you buy and maintain your cell phone plan. Be sure to come and ask directly for Tony

Certainly not a store that I go to buy choice, the AT&T outpost on Columbus Boulevard in Philadelphia always involves a wait. What it rarely involves is decent customer service. Today, there were 15 people in line waiting for a rep. As I waited, with headphones on, evidently some other potential customers walked out. I was skipped, thankfully I noticed that my name had disappeared from the television that displayed the queue. Then, they acted like they were doing me a favor by going ahead and letting me have the spot of somebody else who had bolted. Not a good start, but I might add that there was also not a good finish. When the manager refused to allow me to upgrade to the new Samsung Galaxy, because my upgrade date is still three weeks away, I was quite literally shown the door. I can guarantee that’s the last time I walk through that particular door. AT&T stores loss will be Best Buy’s gain. No biggie, with the kind of lines they had over at the AT&T store they are obviously not hurting for customers. But with the kind of customer service they have, they should be.

I bought a memory card for my phone that was not functioning properly(I’d get alerts that the card was missing, corrupted, and/or unmounted). When I took it to the store to get checked out, the employee managed to break every rule in the customer service rule book. Things you probably shouldn’t say/do to a customer: 1. When the customer says«I get a bunch of error messages with this phone/memory card» do not say that there is no problem with the phone. Clearly, the equipment indicates otherwise. 2. If you have determined that the memory card may be defective, do not tell the customer that he/she should sell the memory card online and pocket the money. «Once you sell it and get the money, it’s not your problem anymore.» Nice. 3. If you have determined that the memory card is defective, do not offer a used memory card as a replacement and act like you did the customer a favor. The memory card doesn’t work, it’s less than a month old, and I have a receipt — give me a new one that works. 4. Now that you’ve decided that it’s not the memory card and instead it’s the phone that’s defective, do not tell the customer that the only way they can save photos is by individually emailing each one to their email account. No — the product should work. I shouldn’t have to go through this roundabout process because your equipment is defective. 5. Once you’ve been completely unsuccessful at offering any sort of help, it’s do not tell the customer that you can’t fix the issue and say«good luck.» Way to not do your job! 6. Don’t check your phone while helping a customer! The text message from your baby girl can wait a few minutes, right? Once again, AT&T associates(in the stores) have proven to be some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. I will not be returning to this location.
