WOW!!! It was a night for the Ages… Thanks to The Arts Bank for their cordial assistance in making our encore performance of the Smash Hit stage play MANSHOP another hit with our new audience! Karen Rosenberg was the perfect host upon our first tour… and Tech Manager Troy assisted perfectly with the lightboard to save the day after a mishap with our staff.
Kudos to this venue… A clean, spacious and vibrant option for any company in the Performance Arts industry. We truly enjoyed our stay-​and we would highly recommend The Arts Bank with plans to bring other plays to The Avenue of The Arts!

I went to the Arts Bank with 2 of my friends to see «Chekhov Lizardbrain» performed by the Pig Iron Theater Company, which was a bit hard to understand, but in any case, the actors were superb as were the set pieces, sound, and lighting. Their circular stage really makes all of their performances unique. I’d totally come back here if there were another performance or event that I were interested in seeing and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a really cool space that’s affiliated with UArts — I was there recently for the Philadelphia International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival as well as a preview for the Live Arts Fringe Festival. That in itself makes it a very festive place, no?
It seats about 230 people, is colorful, large and clean, and honestly, there’s not a bad seat in the house. If you want to get your culture on, might I suggest stopping by for a performance?
You just might leave a little bit smarter (or at least you’ll have something to talk about on your next date. Chicks dig that).
