Wendy’s

Customer service was terrible. Kara was working the register. I had to ask her name as she didn’t have a name tag on. I noticed when I was in line that she wasn’t friendly to the customers in front of me. When it was my turn, I asked her what the son of baconator was and she told me and I told her I wanted that. When she gave me the total, I asked her if that was for the combo (she never asked if I wanted fries and a drink). She didn’t answer, she rolled her eyes and rang up a combo. I asked what her name was and she told me and pretty sure she realized how rude that was. She apologized. Bad customer service is something that I have no patience for. I was traveling from Missouri and almost went to McDonalds across the street. Wish I would’ve made that decision. Won’t be back here again! There’s only 2 people dining in. I now know why it’s empty at 6:15pm on a Wednesday

We stopped here on our way home from Holiday World. After a terrible breakfast experience at the McDonald’s across the street, dinner was a welcome surprise.
The people were very nice and attentive, we had a12 person order (some with special requests) and not a single thing was wrong. The food came out incredibly quick, hot and fresh. It tasted great too. The drink machine offered many fun choices and tasted good.
Nothing stood out to me about the store itself… Not remodeled or fancy or anything like that… but it was clean, service was great, food tasted good and it was quick. This Wendy’s met or surpassed all of my needs in a fast food establishment. We will definitely be stopping again next time we head to Holiday World!

Fire the manager and start anew. New supervision might straighten this place out. Slow service and dirty dining room.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s several times and have found a clean restaurant with good service. Some times you will see a long line at the register but they are pretty quick to get it down. Ask for Fresh Fries as they are tasty!!! Warm or cold fries not near as good.

It’s a Wendy’s in a small town. Nothing particularly great to say about it.
The food tasted fine; it was about what I expected. It took a hell of a long time for it to come out, but it did, and it was nice. I think they gave me extra fries because it took so long. The staff were friendly, and the fountain had a myriad of soda choices.
If you need to stop here, not a bad place to do so. I wouldn’t make a special trip or anything…
