Stopped by with my family after a day of drill at the base. I happened to still be in uniform. When I went to pay and order shakes to go, the manager wouldn’t take my credit card! Such a nice gesture. We have been coming here for 4 years and never had a bad meal. Always friendly. Always delicious!

Had a poor experience here before, but decided to try it again. Slow slow service, greasy burgers, and endless errors. Our feet stuck to the floor with every step and the table was dirty with adhesive residue from some unknown source. There is a missing seat on the stools at the front so people kept bumping into it with their legs. Took 40 minutes to get our food, there were 4 waitresses for 6 tables. The most telling incident was the waitress bringing out a «to go» box, dropping it ON THE FLOOR, and then handing it to the customer!!! The chicken fingers were pretty good. Steak and Shake used to be a looked forward to experience but we will never go back.

This place is a JOKE! Sat in line at the drive up for 15 minutes and no one even bothered to even say a word. Then I go inside and there are 10 people standing around with no one helping them. Needless to say, I left. Guess that’s what you get when you try and eat fast food.

Had a hamburger and a bowl of chili here yesterday and got sick. The service here is never that great. I won’t ever be back.

Fast service, our waitress was very good. The food was good and order was perfect without error even though it was complicated.
Plates still cold when it came to the table, not one minute under a warmer. Shakes were fast and very good.
Good place for kids. Inside is clean and well kept. Overall very good fast food meal, likely the best option in this area.
