Had lunch here the other day during a raging ice storm. We arrived around 2 pm and the place was empty save for two other tables. They offer a free birthday burger and that is the reason for our visit today, to redeem the coupon. Our server arrives promptly and is very personable. She brings us water quickly and answers questions about the menu easily. My husband orders a classic burger, I go with the California avocado turkey Blt. The ambience is quiet, the place looks clean and the restrooms are fine. We visit the salad bar, which according to the menus has over 5000 different options. The salad bar lettuce offerings make me happy! They have a choice of mescaline mix, spinach or regular iceberg. Entrees arrive promptly, and I am surprised to find out that my sandwich is of the cold prep variety, i.e. The turkey and bacon are not heated. I would have appreciated knowing this in advance. The husband says that the burgers are never really great here, and I will rate my sandwich between 2 – 3 stars. Would I return, yes if I had another free meal coupon, but ordinarily no. They need an overhaul to their food prep operations it’s old school freezer to fryer. Spice profiles are un interesting. Wait staff was top notch, happy with that!

This a a nice place to go particularly for drinks and salad bar; the rest of the menu items are ok, but nothing out of this world. There’s nothing about this place that really stands out.

I just recently had them cater a meal at work through . The food was good… even though it was barely warm. The manager delivered everything and set it up nicely, even on his day off. I appreciated that! The one thing I can say I wasn’t too happy with is… the unsweetened tea that came with the meal was not drinkable. I took a sip and ended up pouring it down the drain. We had other beverages here so it worked out. Despite the minor issues, I would place another cater order with them.

One of the worst dining experiences of my life. We had to sit in a filthy section with stuff all over the floor and dirty tables, while they were cleaning it. They don’t know how to cook a steak and the waitress forgot to bring things I asked for until it was too late. They should have paid us. The manager was nice however.

Haven’t been to the Fenton Ruby Tuesday’s in ages and got a harsh reminder why. We walked in and I noticed how drab and characterless it looked, adding old tables and torn seat cushions in the boothes, and the old big bulky televisions. Our server greeted us without a smile or name and seemed very uninterested in being there. As I looked around, the rest of the staff had the same dull, zombish looks on their faces. The food was terrible. I ordered the«new chicken tender meal» w/salad bar. The lettuce was soaking wet and the chicken was dry and bland, probably from freezer burn. I didn’t finish. My husband’s burger was somewhere between two dry buns and as he stated, had no flavor either. He was then sick to his stomach for the later part of the evening and most of the next day. If I’m going to go to a chain restaurant in Fenton, it’s going to be Applebee’s. They are much more modern, clean, friendlier, and the food is much better.

Went for dinner with husband, mother-in-law and family friend. We called first because I have a service dog and wanted to make them aware. The sad no problem and that’s what they meant. The food was great especially the salad bar. My mother-in-law ordered her streak medium well and couldn’t eat it because it hard for her to chew. Even though it was her fault because that was how she ordered it they still made her a new one medium that she loved. The waitress was good also. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because the bench was a little wobble and the lady sitting behind me kept hitting it so I was uncomfortable and left with a sore back.

Server gentlemen was on top of things. Drink refills. checking on us. I had sald bar. Yuck. Everything had been frozen then defrosted. Not sure if was turned up to high. Zucchini, tomatoes, lettuce, gross. Side salads were crusty. Also got coconut shrimp. Good. Hubbys chicken broc pasta. had no complaints.

We stopped here because we received a $ 10 gift card in the mail for some reason. In hindsight, now I know why there giving out money to come eat at this hovel. I ordered the shrimp parmasean(sp?) dish which took approximately 30 minutes to get to the table. It was fairly busy — probably explained by the fact that half the area lost power and the restaurant had air conditioning. In the 30 minutes it took to receive dinner, the waitress brought out two comically small cheddar biscuits(think Red Lobster but ¼ of the size and terrible) to tide me over. Apparently the chef loves Ms Dash seasoning because the entire surface area of each shrimp was coated in it and overcooked. The pasta was okay but the sauce left something to be desired, mainly taste. Normally, I don’t really notice the furniture but my wife and I couldn’t help but notice the terrible and uncomfortable furniture, specifically the chairs. It looks like the Fenton area Ruby Tuesday were the winners of a 1970’s Denny’s liquidation sale. I won’t be coming back, the next gift certificate I receive in the mail will be given to someone I dislike.

7÷11÷11 — Had salad bar & guacamole, 30 minutes after I left I spent the next 48 hours in the hospital in severe pain suffering from food poisoning… Unbelievable & Disappointing because I loved their salad bar. Not anymore! Not worth it!

This was my first time at Ruby Tuesdays. We had a great waiter. I found the menu to be blah and limited. The food was ok.

We hadn’t been there for a while, but you just have to love Ruby Tuesday’s salad bar! It’s got everything you could possibly want to put on a salad… and those croutons! they are absolutely fabulous, especially when you can get them fresh out of the oven!!! They also have new parmesan biscuits that are oh so delicioso too! everything we had the other day was great, & so was the service!
