Merry Maids

I have merry maids clean my home. They do a fantastic job. When I come home from work the house smells so clean and it is clean. Thanks to my merry maids teAm for everything you do.

Barbie and Deb were absolutely professional, efficient and friendly. They set about to work and did an outstanding job! These ladies are the best. They even said kind words to my 55 pound rescue English Bulldog, who was a little afraid… probably because she’s never seen me clean like Deb and Barbie! My house is sparkling.
I will save up my dollars and call again in late June. We want this dynamic duo! Thanks for all their hard work.

I wish I could say something good but can’t and feel it is my responsibility to warn others of this MM office. Possibly one of the others is better.
Since the first cleaning and now several months and teams later, I’ve had the same consistent problems. These teams do not seem to understand the need to actually run a dust mop under furniture, move even the lightest of furniture to vaccum around or under. Repeatedly my hard wood floors are sticky. One team told me this was because too much cleaning solution was used in the water by the previous team. They said the remedy was to use a mild solution of vinegar and water but they could never remember to do this. The picture of the lady cleaning the base boards is a joke. Mine have not been cleaned since the first «super» cleaning. I have 5 panel doors throughout the house which I’ve repeatedly reminded the teams to wipe down. They don’t wipe doors around the door knobs even though there is visible dirt. One cleaning team used my left over grocery bags for trash can liners. None of the teams could remember to wipe down the microwave. I have figurines that are missing now or broken. Also I have a bamboo platform in my shower that has lost the nice patena it used to have and now has the grey washed out look of a board walk in Atlantic City. Roy, the Area Branch Manager, never returns calls. One team explained to me he never returns their calls either.
I don’t believe it is helpful to yell when in a work relationship and tried to work with MM but the issues were never corrected. Finally I’ve asked that the contracct be cancelled. They diid not argue. After the New Year I will be in search of another cleaning company.
