Aerotech Gutter Service

I have been an Aerotech customer for many years, and I have never had a complaint about their service. Yes, it seems pricey – but I have a house that is two stories in the front and my cleaning the gutters is impossible. They vacuum out the gutters and downspouts and they take all the disgusting goop with them – it doesn’t end up in the flower beds and on the steps like the college kids I hired years ago left. (Now I shutter to think what might have happened had one of them fallen – I’d still be in court!) The techs leave a little flag in your yard to let you know they’ve cleaned that day. Any problems with the gutters not draining and they will send someone quickly to deal with it. I recently had them replace some downspouts that were damaged during a hail storm. The techs were courteous and did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them for any gutter work you need. I will continue to use them as they take one job off the «to do» list with very little effort on my part.

Aerotech called me in response to my review, and offered me a few free gutter cleanings. I agreed and they went off without a hitch, spread out over half the year. It was nice of them to provide this service.
