Sprint Store

I think Sprint is a real hit or miss situation.
When we first switched to Sprint back in October 2013 we had a great experience here. We wanted to iPhone 5S’s which was nearly impossible. We called tons of locations and as they just came out a few weeks prior it was not easy. We even got laughed at. Called this location and was told they had 1 phone. We drove up there, they had the phone set aside for us and she asked if we were only transferring 1 number, or both. We explained we both wanted an iPhone but were told they only had 1. They actually had 2, a 16GB and a 32GB. We explained we only the money for the 16GB version. Anyways, the manager helped up out tremendously and gave us the 16GB and 32GB for the price of less than 2 16GB models. Halfway through the activation the whole Sprint system went down and we had to wait hours to get our phones. She waived our deposits and gave us free cases. Top notch for sure! Since then we have had interesting experiences. Ordered an iPhone 6 Plus and Sprint shipped me an iPhone 6. I called customer care and they told me, I can ship it back and once it’s processed reorder the 6 Plus or take it to a corporate store and they can process the return. Took it in and the manager didn’t really know what he was doing, and said he couldn’t. Anyways, he did it for me and didn’t process the return of the 6 and I was charged 2 monthly phone payments for about 6 months before I noticed. Luckily sprint credited my account right away and it was all fixed but still an annoyance. I was also told when I bought my glass screen protector that for a replacement I just take it back to sprint and he will replace for free as it has a lifetime warranty. Took it back, and was told the lifetime warranty is through Zagg, not sprint and I have to pay to have it shipped from them, but Sprint can apply it for me. I don’t mind paying $ 6 for shipping but I wish I knew that from the beginning and didn’t waste gas going there. It really is hit or miss, but much better than Verizon. I recommend this store over others in the area.

Brian was really helpful all around. He helped me with selling my phone and even greeted me with a smile when I walked in. He really knew what he was talking and wit every question came a solution. Definitely will be going back and when I do I will be asking for Brian.

Came in today to purchase a new service plan because my ex didn’t pay our T-​Mobile bill. Whomp whomp whomp…
I was greeted by a warm and friendly guy named Jonathan. He thoroughly explained my options and when I didn’t understand something, he explained it better and didn’t move on until I thoroughly understood. I appreciated that level of customer service. Never once did he pressure me into doing anything and even when I changed my mind on one of the options offered, he didn’t get upset with me about having to go backwards. He helped me from beginning to end, and even complimented my son which was huge for me. I left happy and with a new phone and plan :)
The ONLY thing I’d have to say about the experience that might be a little on the negative side is this: I heard him on the phone answering a customers question, but then he seemed almost a little annoyed and told the customer that the store was too busy and almost in an annoyed voice he asked if there’s anything else he can do for him. Had I been the customer on the other end of the phone call, I wouldn’t have come in. That being said, I hope that’s not the case because you’re very taken care of when you do come in. But Jonathan, you gotta get the customers IN the store man! :)

My phone had crashed and burned. I went into this store. Thankfully they weren’t busy. I was given options of phones and was explained the costs The sales gal even told me how we could save money on our plan. She would not let me leave with my new phone until it had everything downloaded. It was the best customer service I’ve ever had with a cellphone store.

Long story short…
I broke my phone. Filed a claim with asurion, they sent me a new phone. Took it to this store and while they were activating it someone stole it off the back counter.
They did nothing to fix the problem. Told me I could have a used phone from their service and repair facility in Tacoma or file a new claim and I’m responsible for the $ 200 deductible. I just paid that for the phone they were currently activating.
They have a new store ‘manager’ that’s obviously clueless! Go anywhere but here all they’re concerned with is their commission and pushing you to buy extra products…

This is a 1 star for sprints cell service most of the time I have 3G on my iPhone 6s terrible service, the people are nice and this isn’t a review on the store it self but beware your phone won’t load much, you also can’t use the Internet while on the phone? 3G was made when the iPhones first came out then it when they 4g then it went to lte so how in the world are they stuck generations in the past

I had the worst customer experience today. Jonathan Brent was the worst, very argumentative, a liar and contradicting. My daughter went into the store because the pen on a new Note 5 fell apart. We bought the phones from this store 8 days ago. I was on the phone with him and he constantly interrupted me and then sends her to best buy so they could exchange the pen (which they cannot do)… WTF. He then begins to tell me to buy another pen from eBay. I also spoke with a really nice sales man named Brian, he said if it was defective they would switch this out. John over ruled this obviously deffective pen. This guy was really cocky and rude on the phone. So I drove on down to the store, I confronted John about the pen and he back tracked on everything he said but was still rude and argumentative. I plan on speaking to the real store manager on Tuesday. In one day there was 3 trips to the store and time spent on the phone. Johnathon needs to be re-​branded and retrained on customer service. This is a corporate store, they need to be held accountable. I am so Thankful Unilocal is the outlet for unsatisfied customers to express this. I pray that a Sprint higher up sees this and speaks with Jonathan Brent about improving his skills. He is very cocky and so so lucky he was not chin checked. Do I hear King County lol

Jonathan was amazing and so helpful. He made it a fabulous experience for all of us. Figuring out cell phones for a family is tricky; he was knowledgeable and patient. Thanks so much, Jonathan… Erin

Empathy, patience, professional communication… All things that the individuals at this location could use some training in.

I was really upset with this place a year ago. They were pushing me in sales so hard and I was only in there for water damage. They ended up using my wife’s upgrade to replace the phone and told me I got a tablet for free but didn’t tell me it was adding another line on my plan. I called the customer service line and they fixed there wrong. Now I go to

for my sprint need.

Went in to switch from another carrier. The staff was very nice… but They told me that 4g lte would be in the area at the beginning of 2013. I have since come to find out that there are no current lte towers in the Seattle are and that there are no plans at this time for upgrading. I am unhappy they didn’t tell me that I cannot use 3g while talking on the phone. It costed me $ 220 to terminate my previous contract and now Im regretting it. Also, No point in having unlimited data on a sucky network. I have a considerable amount of more dropped calls. I appreciate technology and that I have a cell phone, but The price is still premium considering the alternatives.
I don’t appreciate the false information given to me in order to further a sale. I’m not happy with Sprint. I am considering switching back over to a carrier with better coverage in the Seattle area.

Absolute best customer experience experience I have ever had at a cell phone store.
Amazingly I went in and actually walked out with a new phone and a monthly savings of over $ 20! Stephanie was wonderful and took the time to listen to my complaints about my old phone. She recommended three phones and helped me make a great choice. Then she reviewed my phone usage and found a way for me to save money!
If you are thinking of getting new cell service or if you are already a sprint customer. I urge you to visit this location and talk with Stephanie!

Came in to get one of my phone lines upgraded and I was in and out within about 20 minutes. The sales rep changed my plan to save about $ 40 a month which also is a plus because I would’ve never known. I received great service from the sales rep that assisted me. But the other couple in line w/​the other sales guy were arguing back/​forth and raising their voices (both parties; Sprint employee included) which deterred from a nice atmosphere.
