When we bought our house a few years back it all needed to be painted — every room had hundreds of what appeared to be nail holes. Even in places that nail holes shouldn’t exist(«WHY are there holes near the top of the vaulted ceiling?!» roared my husband at one point, after an entire day of spackling every single bedroom, closet and bathroom). I should have reviewed them back then, but I was busy with a new house trying to fall apart and didn’t think of it. So a few months ago we decided to try our hand at renovating our bathroom, because Home Depot and HGTV made it look easy… they are liars. Anyway, we went back to Sherwin Williams with a paint chip from a different company in a peach/salmon color. Unfortunately we found out too late that we basically picked the hardest color to match, but Steve and Issac did a great job trying to get a precise color match. I’m very picky(notoriously so — I’ve been known to reject furniture for not liking the feet or the taper of the legs) so I ended up having to leave my sample with them for a few days while they hammered things out. Ultimately Steve was able to get it to a point where I was happy(after much fussing and discussion of what we could do to try and get closer). Everyone I interacted with was certainly pleasant and professional, but I must commend Steve for being particularly patient and willing to go the extra mile. I was very pleased with their customer service and when the time comes to paint the exterior of our home I know we’ll be back(maybe that’s not good news for them, but oh well).
