Precious Nails and Spa Salon

These ladies are amazing!!! Made a reservation for 7 girls to get manicures and they were ready and very quick and organized once we got there. Everyone loved their nails!!! I loved mine too! Wedding nails!

They were friendly only reason am not giving them 5 stars was cause they made me move to 3 different ladies, otherwise they were nice did my nails how I wanted them

Always takes the extra step to make my manicures and pedicures perfect! They’re not afraid to take their time which is why I’ve been here three times and will be back many times more!

Absolutely love this place! The ladies here are professional, nice, friendly and quick! Coming here was a huge change for me because the place I was going to I was spending $ 70 – 100 for a mani and pedi. I went here for a basic mani and pedi and only paid $ 35!!! That is AMAZING!!! I will never go anywhere else!!! They also guarantee their work for one week.
This place is clean and relaxing, they even offer you water! They do a real good job with your nails and are gentle too. The only down fall of this little plaza where they are located is the parking lot can get packed really fast.

These ladies were very nice and did an excellent job. The price is fair, everything was clean and there were many colors to choose from. The deluxe pedicure was amazing. If you want to treat yourself this is a lovely convenient place to go.

Excellent service and super courteous! The chairs for the pedicures are mega comfy and they make sure to disinfect the basin for the feet. The care they take in massaging your legs and feet is always noted.
And they offer beverages! Water, tea, Sprite… Thanks!
I love how they gave me two coats of the shellac white for my French tips. It stayed on for at least three weeks!

Very nice ladies that work here. Clean place and plenty of parking. They offered me something to drink and kept making sure I was ok. I will be a customer for life!

Maybe just went on a bad day for them. Was there a total of 3 hours, for pedicure and shellac manicure. Ladies working are very friendly and nice, and listen as to how you would like your nails. Quality of service so-​so. Had gems placed on my nails that came off the next day… but that happens. I’d say they are mediocre.

Far and above the nicest ladies ever! They are sweet and do everything they can to make your visit enjoyable.

I’m angry at this place STILL. I’ll start with the good first.
The Good:
–The women working there are super friendly
–The place is super clean
–The pedicure and fill were both great
–They offer you a complimentary glass of wine
The Bad:
–The place is tucked back in a strip not well visible from the road, so it’s easy to miss.
–Major language barrier…
The REALLY Bad:
–I told them I wanted a pedicure, and didn’t ask for the deluxe one they offer, just a standard pedicure. During the pedicure though they seemed to do some extra steps (without asking) and I assumed it was included since I had never been here before and didn’t know better, but when it was time to leave I learned that the pedicure they did on me was their highest level one and cost $ 60! Are you kidding me??? EVERYWHERE else charges $ 20-​$ 25 for a pedicure. I am not a cheap person by any means, but that is insane. My total for my nail fill and pedicure was $ 93.00! I have had pedicures and fills both done every two weeks for 10+ years now and have never paid over $ 55 total. Beware of them automatically giving you the costly pedicure instead of the normal pedicure.

I have fallen in love.
Finally, a nail salon that is superior in both customer service and skill. I took my 86 year old grandmother to Precious for a manicure and pedicure and the ladies were so calm and sweet to her. Everything was running smoothly until we both messed up our nails like 17 times. One of the times can be attributed to the fact that I misplaced my credit card and was digging around my purse. I felt so bad because they kept fixing our nails even when we kept messing them up. I asked to be charged a polish change fee but they would not take it.
I have been searching for a place like Precious for what seems like forever. If you want a place that actually cares about your experience, not going to ignore you and talk to their co-​workers, is clean, does good work… and serves wine (yes — that’s right), you need to come to Precious.

Ask for Ann and get the Deluxe Spa Organics Pedicure. It was one of the best I’ve ever had! The foot and leg massage were so relaxing I almost dozed off and the hot stones felt so good. She was very thorough and my feet feel, and look, amazing.

I just received a deluxe pedicure and it’s the best pedicure that I’ve EVER had. The massage was lengthy and enjoyable. All of the upgrades that the deluxe offered were exceptional: multiple massages, paraffin, hot stone massage, and moisturizing mask. I wish that I lived locally, so that I could enjoy this more often. Would definitely recommend!

Very friendly ladies work here. The salon is clean and relaxing.
The ladies did a nice job with our pedicures, paying special attention to cuticles. I haven’t got my mani done yet… more to come.

I had my nails done here over the weekend and have never had such an awful experience. The nail tech gave a slight attempt to remove my polish, but when it didn’t come off immediately, she took a nail file and literally filed each of my nails until all the was gone — and then did the same with my toes, which had cheap store brand polish on them! When I asked to have my nails trimmed and rounded, they wound up cut almost to the base and it took two requests, and a different nail tech to get them square-​rounded. My polish, although a very pretty color, has nail dust painted in and visible scratches from my nails beneath. Several of the girls were very nice, but this was a very disappointing visit to a salon that has such wonderful reviews.

I don’t want to speak too soon but I have never had to wait at this nail salon. They get to you immediately and I love that. They’re clean and efficient. I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s been pleasant. They also have a stamp card where if you fill up five visits you get $ 5.00 off your next visit. I think they need better gel color selection though.

My mom made an appointment for a party of 5 women and two toddlers. These gals were AMAZING! They were friendly and made all of us comfortable, the lady who worked on my daughter (who is 3) and I was just super sweet!
This was a great experience

It speaks volumes when you’ve gone to a place of business once and then you come back a few months later and the business owners remember you and even greet you by name. I was simply blown away. Christina and Trinh are without a doubt two of the sweetest business owners and probably people I’ve ever met. I was blown away by the amenities this place has to offer — aside from the basic TVs and massage chairs… this place gives you a glass of wine to enjoy while you get pampered.
If you care to hear about my experience please read my previous review. But the biggest reason for the updated review is the service and the amazing personability of Christina and Trinh.
I seriously purpose grow out my nails just so I have a reason to come back. And i love it every time!

Update from last visit–
Came today with my mother. We were welcomed in by happy workers. The man doing my pedicure/​beginning of my manicure nicked my skin both on my toe AND finger. I wasn’t going to say anything, but it certainly bothers me.
They talked me into shellac, it looks pretty but certainly was expensive (maybe it is just an expensive procedure, but thirty dollars plus another ten for Ombré?)
Overall they did a decent job. Nothing exceptional about this visit. They painted my nails nicely, took their time on shellac.
The nicking my skin is really what got me– I will be finding another nail salon after this.
