This is not a patient oriented business, which is what i would expect from a Naturalistic health center. When you call, it takes over a min to just get through the recording, which may sound like not much, but when you are running a 103 degree temp, barley able to keep the phone to your head it is annoying. FYI, both my other doc offices you can reach an actual person in less than 30 seconds. If you press«0» it does not take you to a customer service rep, it sends you to a voicemail that can take up to 2 days for them to return the phone call. This is just one example of the poor services i have gotten from them, they are also rude sometimes when I go in, and have billed me incorrectly. Over all these people do not care about their patients and do as much as they can to not really connect with them. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a compassionate clinic, go somewhere else and save yourself the disappointment.

I’ve been going to this clinic since the beginning of the year and am so glad I found it. This office is very convenient to find and has plenty of free parking. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen after checking in for my appointment. Dr. Beth DiDomenico(or Dr. Beth for short) is who I see there and she’s great. She’s been very knowledgable and discerning when it comes to my healthcare. I feel like she is the first doctor to actually take the time to explore my symptoms, overall health, and lifestyle in order to help me better my quality of life. Unlike other primary care doctors I’ve seen before that just seem to more easily throw RXs my way. So far my migraines have been getting much less frequent and less intense after a few cranial sacral therapy sessions with her.(Sounds weird, I know, but read up on it if you suffer from migraines as well.) If you’re looking for a naturopathic clinic, definitely give this place a try!

I am a huge fan of Federal Way Naturopathy. I see Dr. Karen Hurley at this office, and she has helped me so much with the allergy issues I have struggled with all my life. They offer Saturday appointments— this is HUGE for me due to my work schedule. They sell, on site, the herbs and tinctures suggested by my doctor, but they don’t require you purchase on site, nor has my Dr pressured me to purchase any of the treatments she has suggested to me. They also have blood draw services on site. Parking rocks, they have yoga classes on site offered by a 3rd party teacher, and they always have information in their foyer about local events centered on natural health care subjects and healthy living. The office staff is really nice. It took awhile to get me looped in to the reminder call system, and once they called me the day before my appointment to reschedule, but other than those two hiccups the service here has been impeccable. My only beef– there is something about their circulating air system that makes my nose run. Happens every time I enter the building. I’ve discussed it with Dr. Hurley and she was going to bring it up to the staff. She puts a HEPA filter in the exam room I go into now, which helps. Once the circulation deal is fixed, I will change my review to 5 stars.
