Fast Signs

I purchased a sign through Fastsigns in Federal Way just a month ago. I chose to go through them because of a business meeting, where their owner attended. Unfortunately, the sign I received was extremely frustrating. I asked about the pricing difference between individual letters and a cabinet. The answers I got was that the cabinet was much cheaper. They wouldn’t even quote me for the individual letters because it would «cost way more» That should have been my first red flag, however I trusted their professional opinion.
The sign on the front of my building is smaller than the «final proof» that they sent me. Their excuse for it was that «sometimes pictures can be deceiving.» I tried to debate it a bit, but I got ignored and «I’m sorry but there is nothing else we can do about it»
So needless to say, I won’t be returning for additional services and I won’t be sending anyone their way.
