I found Classy Gorilla on Unilocal (I live out of state) and contacted Nathaniel via email two days before my son’s birthday. He responded immediately and helped me set up a great surprise for my son, who runs a tae kwon do academy. Nathaniel suggested arriving in a martial arts uniform for a class and I really appreciated that kind of attention to detail. I paid easily online and our email interaction was friendly, attentive, and professional. My son was so surprised and the families and children in attendance loved Nathaniel’s rendition of «I wanna be like you.» Would recommend and use again.

Absolutely priceless! I’ve always been one to be a little different and for my girlfriends birthday I arranged for the deluxe package with balloons. He was great, as professional as you can be in a gorilla suit and is a memory that’s not soon forgotten. Way better than flowers or a card and it was captured on video which makes it good forever.

Extremely rude customer service! We couldn’t believe this guy’s attitude. He was very condescending about the company’s policy, and he even hung up on us to end our last conversation. Needless to say, we were not too heartbroken over him losing our business; we did not end up using his services, and used another service instead. For my birthday this year this awesome guy showed up at my work! He was hired by my aunts to come and sing to me. As much as I was scared when he walked in, it was awesome. Everyone in my store laughed and had a great time. Highly highly recommended.
