I have it 4 stars because my kids love it and it’s Baskin Robbins ice cream– gotta live it, but I’m totally annoyed because I come here often and today they charged me a 30 cent transaction fee for using my debit card. It can’t be the transaction amount because I bought one more cup of ice cream than I usually do.

Can’t really go wrong with ice cream. Service was great, dark love potion(chocolate ice cream with raspberry ribbons and wht choc chips filled with raspberry goodness) and golden ribbon(which is a combo of chocolate ice cream and caramel) delicious. Definitely recommend this place.

Baskin Robbins are always kinda out dated and funky, ambience wise. They are not a yuppy frozen yogurt(sorry, «fro-yo») joint who’s mission is to be the the most popular spot to score free wifi and a «health cautious» running partner. Product wise, they have an array of flavors, some of which hint that they were running out of ideas.(Mocha vs jamocha?) The ice cream is pretty good. The prices are average/inexpensive. Somewhat like Ben and Jerry’s. They offer cups, waffle cones, sugar cones and an assortment of toppings.(Which look to be a little past shelf life.) The service was just fine. One guy was working, it was slow, and he was able to sample out flavors and otherwise help us. I don’t love Baskin Robbins, but I’m sure I would if I was a child who wasn’t a «gourmet» confection lover.

Typical setup of any Baskin Robbins location. I always get the same thing and they all always have it so I really can’t go wrong. What moves this one to four stars from three is the high level of service. The two employees were both very friendly in a genuine way, not a cheesy, ‘I have to do this” sort of thing. If you’re nearby and you want ice cream. Go here.

Came here last weekend and it was pretty crowded. I’ve only been here once before and the same man was behind the counter, which leads me to believe he’s the owner/franchise operator/etc. He’s very polite. The ice cream is, of course, standard Baskin-Robbins, so if you don’t like Baskin-Robbins in Kent or Kirkland or Issaquah, you probably aren’t going to like it here, either.

Well here it goes if I could give it — stars I would! This place is awful I never thought I would to a Baskin Robbins that was bad. I think that STALE is this places 32nd flavor and the after taste was something out of this world. Please rotate ice cream when its older than your building it has to go! What a waste of 5 bucks.

I understand that this isn’t Coldstone, that the flavors aren’t outrageous and they don’t SING to you when you’re ordering. With that said: The peanut butter n’ chocolate ice cream will be my favorite until the day I die. Imagine, if you will, if a person were to make a very delicious chocolate ice cream, and then put massive chunks of ACTUAL peanut butter in it before freezing it… So, what you get, is chocolate Ice Cream, with peanut butter in it. I know, that sh*t is COMPLEX. But seriously, I’ve never had better and I’m assuming I never will. Oh — and in case you’ve seen them but never given them a try, the cute little upside down ice cream cone clowns are pretty delightful too, and their ice cream cakes are quite good if you don’t feel like giving Coldstone half of your paycheck.
