The food only rates 2 stars but the friendly staff makes me give them an extra star. I came in around 7pm. I was waited on quickly. I got the bacon cheeseburger meal. The bun didn’t taste fresh and the burger was better than McDonalds or burger king but not by much. The fries were fair. It sad but the most interesting thing about the meal was the ketchup. It really was good.

People used to actually wait in line for this garbage… Was it to get their money back?!
I’d equate this place to an overpriced, bland version of McDonald’s.
Plus you have to wait for 15 minutes, even when they are slow?
Only saving grace was the really cute chick that brought my food out to me. Bless her heart, somebody give that gal a raise.

The addition of whataburger to Fayetteville was huge and for the most part it lives up to the expectations. The food is always served hot so you know it’s fresh even late at night. Only negatives I see are they can be slow and the prices are a bit high for fast food. But the delicious patty melts keep me coming back.

Have you been to a whataburger? Guess what, you know what to expect from this one. The food was good, service fast, and the employees were absolutely ready to banter back and forth with me.
Since it is 24 hours feel free to make that 2am run after you closed down the bar, like we did this night. They do compete with their value meal prices as well.

I have visited this location on 3 occasions recently. Each time there was a long wait and a problem with my order. The food is not worth the wait or the trouble. If you want a hamburger fast, go to McDonald’s or Burger King for the same quality food.

What in the world is the big deal. This was ok at best. Why all the fuss. A fast food place nothing more nothing less. Food is fast food and just ok.

This place did not live up to the hype. When it first opened cars lined up for a mile, so we waited to all the hoopla died down to try it. It’s just like any other burger joint and not as good as some. Priced about the same, nothing at all special about this place and there are a couple burger places I go that are better so I doubt I’ll return to this one.
Service was good but we waited about 10 minutes for our order and they weren’t super busy.

This has got to be the worse hamburger I’ve had. I asked for no cheese and they put it on, the tea was so nasty I gagged. But most of all the food was cold and it was like I «would like a little hamburger with my salt.» I wondered how long the food had to sit back In The kitchen to get it that cold. I will never go back there. The food wasn’t good enough to feed to my dogs for fear they would get sick. I’ve been to other whataburgers and the food was decent but the one in Fayetteville needs to go away. I don’t know what all the hype was about. Sorry but Krystal burgers are better than that and they are just like little sliders.

WHAT?! Where has this place been! I was on a mission to eat as much stuff as I couldn’t get back home. We found ourselves here after being in a semi rush. We stopped for my first time.
Holy WOW! The burgers are DELICIOUS! Fries are pretty ok. The spicy ketchup is a nice change and the service is great for a fast food place.

Very awesome people and food. The lines and traffic the other review was about simply put is because it’s the best burger joint in town and people had been waiting a long long time to eat at one here. It’s also why two have just been built so you decide and am sure you will agree it’s got good prices good food and awesome people.

I have been putting off going to Whataburger until the excitement died down, but now that I have I just do not get the hype surrounding this fast food restaurant. The food was overpriced and mediocre at best, the service was good for that industry. With all the other options for a fast food burger in Fayetteville this one really should be near the bottom. I mean I was expecting something great and what I got was profound disappointment. Very unlikely I will be going back.

Burger was ok. Shakes are pretty tasty.
I don’t get it. I don’t. Get. It. Fayetteville, really? Has it come to this? Are we going to nearly shut down a major thoroughfare and require uniformed police officers (seriously) to direct traffic all because of a mediocre burger joint? Is waiting 20 minutes in the drive through at 11 on a weekday night REALLY worth it?
The burgers are ok. The hype is absolutely ridiculous.

Very good burger. They are new in town and very busy, but they handle it very well. For a fast food burger place they are very good. Reminds of an old fashion burger joint back when they served real beef and fresh fixens.

Pretty average burger. Not worth the hype (or the lines). Steak ‘n Shake has a much better burger (and it costs less).
