Great location and service. Place is reasonably clean and the owner/​operator is very friendly and focused on service. I only used it when my dryer died. They don’t take cards and the machines are coin operated but the attendant has change. Highly recommend if you need a laundromat. Only ⁴⁄₅ because even though the equipment works well it’s very dated. I’ve used laundromats before where you add money to a card that you swipe on the machines. I don’t think he’s done any upgrades since he opened the place.

Not officially associated with the University of Arkansas as the name might suggest, but it _​is_​officially the best place to do your own laundry if you live on this side of town.
Service is unbeatable. The owner/​attendant is probably one of the coolest strangers I see on a regular basis. He’s always making wise-​cracks with me when giving out change, he always has enough change, and he keeps the machines running and clean, and makes sure that nobody in the place starts acting completely insane (This is not the case with some other laundromats in the area).
There’s also a Coke machine, tattoo dispensers, and a great Marvel vs. Street Fighter arcade game. But it’s always calm enough that I use my time to get some recreational reading done.
The only reason I give it four stars is because they also have a service for washing your clothes for you (only 50 cents per pound), but when my roommate and I once opted to have our towels done, they didn’t smell completely clean when we got them back (They were very, very nasty when we dropped them off, though).
