Melissa and Brittany were so helpful. They were able to schedule me the same week to treat an acne flare up before an event I am going to. They took plenty of time with me and are so kind.

In order to be fair in this review I must say that my wife wanted laser hair removal for Christmas but it won’t be getting done at this unprofessional and unorganized business. Why? Well simply put if you make an appointment and try and call to verify all you will get on the phone is a rapid ringing as if someone left the phone off the hook. As a business owner all that means is the phone is not forwarded correctly. That was strike one. My appointment was for ten which we showed up five minutes early there was one car in the lot and the door was closed. A lady was in a car came over and asked if we had appointments and we told her yes and she was unaware of any appointments, strike two. She went on to tell us she forgot her key and someone was coming with a key it was now fifteen minutes after our scheduled appointment. She started to discuss laser her removal and that she was the one that performs the treatment and that some bruising is common. nStrike 3. No it is not I have first hand experience and if done with the new modern equipment it’s al oat painless and there is no bruising. So I hope this gets to the owner who happens to be a good plastic surgeon but needs to have a good look at his staff because they are certainly dropping the ball when it comes to the medspa part of his.
