The Weave Express

Okay this was my first sew In and I thought this would be a good place to go. But from the moment I walked in it was GHETTO. it took them over an hour just to braid my hair and when I did get to the sew In part the lady only fit one bundle In. Which she then tried to cover it by curling them to make them look full. The braids underneath were so thick I couldn’t even pull my weave into a pony tail (when I got a low pony sew In) I will not ever be going back. Plan and simple.

Do not go to this salon if you are looking for professional service. There is 1 board certified beautician and the rest are college kids sewing in weaves. The licensed beautician was not on location to supervise these girls.
Arrived at the shop with my hair clean and dry per policy and before I could get my hair braided 4 other girls had their hands in my head. The braiding process started and the girls stops in the middle of the process to apply for a payday loan. I sat and waited another hour and a half before another girl finished the braiding process. Now it’s time for the weave to be sewn in and 1 girl started and there I was waiting another hour and a half for another girl to finish. Theses girls couldn’t work for watching Jerry Springer, Maury Povich, and Catfish… dancing, smoking, cussing, and talking about fighting. I mean this place is ghetto as hell. Put it this way if you are a grown and mature woman looking to have hair extensions this is not the place for you.
