I have always loved Ruby Tuesdays, but my visit today was very lack luster. First the hostess, who I think was new could hardly crack a smile. Our server was a nice young man, but a terrible server. First has to ask 3 times for cream for coffee, never offered a refill for any of our drinks. Rushed us to order and then it took over 20 minutes for a burger and half rack of ribs. I asked for rolls, said they were not made and never offered! Very, very poor service and the restaurant was mostly empty. Now I know why. Oh … the lamp shades where covered in a think layer of dust and the restroom was not very clean and in disrepair! Management needs to get it under control or this will be the next restaurant to close in Fayetteville. Only gets a 2 star for decent food.

Not worth the money for the quality of the food. I would not pay $ 1 for the garden bar much less $ 9.99. The restraunt was filthy with gnats every where.

Ruby Tuesdays. The food is still pretty good to me compared to other restaurants in their category. They always are updating their menu and they have consistently evolved their salad bar. I love love love the salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays and I always get it no matter what I order. They are constantly refreshing it so I feel like they keep it up very well. Another nice touch is they give you ideas for how to out together your salad… now that’s just fun. Onto the desserts… I know I’m skipping ahead but their desserts are so good and I always take one home to snack on. I tried the Apple pie flat bread and it was really tasty… I would recommend eating it fresh though and not reheating. Okay so onto the food… i know its Ruby Tuesdays… big deal it’s just a chain restaurant. But I really think we have to note they have been consistent for years and you can always get good old American Food here that can accommodate anyone’s tastes. Also, with places like O’Charleys having 90 minutes waits across the street, I rather come over here to a good, solid place. Now the only reason I didn’t do 5 stars for the restaurant(based on comparison to similar restaurant types) is because the service was a little slow. They seemed a bit understaffed for a Sunday after church, but the servers were amazingly kind and helpful.

The food was not good at all. It tasted like it had been sitting out. Our waitress never checked on us until we were done eating and ready to pay. As I was walking out the host was standing at the front eating a meal. Very unprofessional. Will not be coming back.

It had been a while since we ate here so we thought we would give it a try. It was a Friday night and no wait… should have been a sign. One of the couples leaving said the service was terrible, again we should have listened, but we gave it a go anyway. We waited a good while before our waitress came by for our drink order. My Wife orderd a sirloin well done, and I ordered the baby back ribs, and a trip to the salad bar. There were no plates at the salad bar and a line began to form waiting on them to be brought out. the manager showed up with plates after a few minutes. The salad bar was well stocked and I would rate it good. The next problem was no silverware. We were told they had run out and were washing some… Really? Someone came by and brought us a set of plastic ware for takeout, but the table behind us had 2 extras and gave them to us. My wifes sirloin was medium rare in the middle, but after the wait she woud not send it back, my food was very good; no problems with mine. The waitress was AWOL most of the time and took forever to bring anything back to you. We watched the manager handle other customer complaints around us. In a Nutshell, the food was good, the service was Awful, Slow, and Incompetent; that suggest they need to fire the wait staff and manager and keep the cooks. STAYAWAY!!!

Service has really gone downhill at this restaurant. Host was really slow. Our server, Donna, left a lot to be desired. She came after about 5 minutes and took our drink order at which time we were ready to order. She left the menus at our table. We got our salads and 5 minutes later, our drinks came. The salad bar has changed where you can’t recognize the dressings. While we were seated, more customers came in and was looking for the host to greet them. He apparently left. It’s a good thing that we had a discount coupon but we won’t be back.

This is probably in my top 5, worst restaurant experiences in quite a while. To start their hostess seemed annoyed and agitated the entire time like she was in need of a hit. Our server was rude and seemed incompetent. It took 10 – 15 minutes being greeted to receive my drink… First issue. Second… I ordered the New Orleans dish with loaded mash and green beans. My meal came to the table and my there was no cheese melted over the dish like the description, and my loaded mash didn’t have any bacon bits or chives on them. I then brought it to her attention and she says«Well evidently they don’t have anymore bacon» Ha ha I couldn’t believe she said that… To keep this review short, In the end it was replaced with fries, we ate left and will never return. This establishment is horrible and the service is horrible as well. If I could leave no stars I would Donna G needs to find another profession

We went to the restaurant prepared for a wonderful dining experience, but that didn’t happen. We had to hunt down the hostess to be seated. She picked up the menus, showed us to our table and walked away. Now, as we started looking around, we see dirty tables, a broom and dustpan sitting in the dining room and patrons waiting to be served. After waiting 10 minutes for a server to come to our table, we got up and walked out. The restaurant across the street got our business and the food and dining experience was great.

Bentley was our server… she was awesome & food was great! Manager came by to see if we were enjoying ourselves but BENTLEY was the highlight of the evening. She was so attentive and sweet as she could be!

Definitely will not be returning. We waiting 45 minutes for our food and when it arrived it was not properly cooked and had to be sent back. The floor of the bathroom was sticky and in need of a wash.

The food was okay. The menu offered a great variety to choose from, including the meals that came with a trip to the Garden Bar. The service was not the best. The hostess was very friendly and did what she could to accommodate my party(of 5). However, the waitress was unenthusiastic and did not come back to the table often. She seemed a bit careless, if you ask me. I understand that being a waitress is tiring, as I once worked in food service as well, but I feel that it is no excuse. You have to muscle through it and provide the best possible experience for the customer.

I wanted to let everyone know about the excellent service our family received at the Ruby Tuesday restaurant located in Fayetteville. We arrived close to closing time, we were greeted by the manager Abe, very pleasant and polite. He said they would close when we finished. Our sever Aaron was great. The food was good. We weren’t rushed or anything. This was my first visit but won’t be the last. Good service is hard to find.

This is one of my favorite locations. Although the waiters seem to change a lot here, I always have a great experience. I should add that I like to come as soon as they open, or well before the lunch time crowd comes. The salad bar is always so fresh and is full of all of my favorites. This time all I had was the salad bar. My niece had the chicken fingers, fries and the MacNCheese. I was NOT a fan of he MacNCheese. It had a lot of cheese but it wasn’t cream, it was kind of chunky. instead.

Great and warm greeting from the hostess. Jessica was our server. Very courteous. We ordered appetizers, kids meals and entrees. All came out great — quality, size of dishes, temperature and flavor was great. Salad bar was well stocked, clean and a dedicated staff member was looking after it. Refills on drinks came without saying anything and manager stopped by to check in with us as well.

I had never been to Ruby Tuesday’s before but I had the absolute WORST experience ever. Our server Erica J was very rude and impolite and I do not mean that lightly. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 5 years and it is rare that I experience really terrible service, as I go out to eat quite often. Well this definitely took the prize. What made matters worst, I even spoke with the manager about how displeased we were with our experience and he did not one thing to apologize or rectify the situation. He did not apologize or see if there was anything he could do, he simply said ok I will talk to her. That was not satisfactory for a paying customer of a franchise where you are trying to make a lasting impression on each and every guest. Needless to say I WILL not be back to the location of the branch and would definitely not recommend anyone even waste their time or money. You would do better getting a salad from Wendy’s, which speaks volumes because I do not even eat at fast food restaurants!!!
