I came here today for my very first Brazilian wax ever. As a woman who is not really comfortable having my lady bits in the open breeze she made me feel so comfortable and as relaxed as possible given the situation. The room is sanitary, smells good, and has calming music playing while she works. I don’t have anything to compare this to but don’t think I’d find a better professional person to get me cleaned up. She made it seem so easy and nonchalant which I like. I will be going back for up keep and maybe try some of her other services. I really like how she was encouraging throughout as well. I’m definitely referring a friend. Thank you so much! I’m sure my spouse will love the new look.

G’nique’s customer service is top notch! She is so sweet and professional. I got my first Brazilian wax from her and she made sure I was comfortable and well informed. I’ve gone twice and I’m looking forward to going again. And she works fast, but she still makes sure that it’s done right.

I took all precautions after my wax got done and this has to be the worst experience ever. First whoever was scheduled to do my waxing didn’t even make it in on time so the lady behind the desk did the waxing. Big mistake. She placed waxing strips all over my lady area and just began ripping them off one by one — and sometimes having to go once over with the same strip that she didn’t rip off at the first attempt. She said since I’m pregnant it’s super sensitive — no if she would have taken her time it would have been better. I’ll do my full research on these «waxing» services around here before i make the mistake by allowing just anyone wax me again. I gave two stars because she charged 45 instead of full price and I was also bleeding when I got home– what a mess.

G’nique is great! Sweet, professional, and friendly. She makes you feel completely comfortable and gets you in and out quickly. Her schedule is pretty flexible and always makes it easy for me to make appointments that work with my schedule.

G’nique’s facilities are small, but clean, comfortable, and cozy. She’s super friendly and makes you comfortable during the process. I was finished in about 15 minutes. She’s good about checking with you whether you’re comfortable, if you’ve had certain wax services before, if you’re comfortable with the wax temperature, getting off any possible stray pieces of wax, etc… When we were finished, I asked her to remove a few strands of stray hair around my belly button and she was more than happy to oblige. Best of all, no tweezing needed at the end.
I pay more for a Brazilian wax with her than I did back in Cali, but not by much. She’s about $ 5 -$ 10 more, But for good reliable service, she’s worth it. I checked in on Unilocal and received a $ 5 discount. Savings are savings! Her prices are on her website, as well as in her shop, which I appreciate.
Recommendation:
She only takes appointments. No walk-​ins. She’s a one woman show and she’s told me that almost all of her clients are currently wax clients, so she hasn’t had time for couple’s massages. In other words, she’s busy, so definitely call her ahead of time!

Had an appointment for a Brazillian wax about a week and a half ago. I arrived early but she took me right away. She is very friendly and good at distracting you with conversation while she works. The service was done in less than 30 minutes and I’m happy with how the results turned out. G’nique does take credit cards — there is just a 2 or 3% cc service fee that she passes onto the client.

Great place to be in and out for a wax. Genique is on the expert scale when it comes to Brazilians. Doesnt waste tme, quick, and efficient.

G’nique is delightful. She is sweet, responds quickly to phone calls, and has established a nice ambiance for her business. The issues for me personally were the waxing services themselves. My eyebrows were only given an outline shape, but were not trimmed/​shaped further. Underarm hair obviously remained and even required my return for correction. She was cordial and handled the error gracefully by offering my return the same day or compensation for the next visit. It has been two weeks since the service and my underarms have not healed. The irritation has begun to subside, but this is unlike anything I have experienced in my years of sugaring.

G’nique is amazing at what she does! She is so kind, comforting and welcoming and creates a relaxing atmosphere which is exactly what you want when you’re getting a Brazilian! She is also very fast — you’re in and out of there in under 10 minutes. I went there for my first every wax and I’ve been going back ever since — she’s fantastic!

After a few hours of research, I called and made an appointment with Genique for a brazillian wax. She did a great job, my only areas of concern as someone who has had a number of experiences waxing was she did not ask if I had a preference for what wax I would like. I personally prefer the soft wax. She used both hard and soft which I was not expecting at all. She also does not accept credit or debit cards, which was new to me. Other than that, she was great, efficient and had me relaxed. All in all, I was out of there in 15 mins and was given a cooling aloe gel to take with me. I will definitely be going back :)
