Great food, but Unilocal needs to be updated because they close at 5 PM! Extremely disappointed to try and make it there by 5:45 (since Unilocal said they close at 6 PM) only to find out that they closed at 5.

Greeted with a genuine «Good morning», followed by a delicious «Nova Lox» and mocha. The staff’s great attitude and team spirit makes this place so enjoyable. Thanks again EBB staff for making other people’s day!

My family and I love this place! Not only is the food and coffee fantastic, but the team behind the counter is amazing. They remember us, our order, and are just extremely friendly. This is surprising given that it is a chain establishment. I have been to other Einstein restaurants and the people are rude and just rush you along.

I love love this place. Coffee is better than Starbucks and their bagels. Yummy! I usually pick my husbands after eating mine. :) I don’t think he notice, I would eat 2 if I could :/​but I think picking off my husbands doesn’t make me feel guilty. A little. Lol

I’ve only eaten at this particular Einstein Bagels once, but I loved how clean everything was. The men and women behind the counter were friendly and helpful.
Only four stars, though, because both of our sandwich orders were fulfilled incorrectly. One had tomatoes after we requested they be left off, and the other had bacon after asking the bacon be left off. Otherwise a we had a good lunch.
I’ve eaten at several Einstein Bros. Bagels around the country, btw. No complaints about this one except for the screwed up order.
