I was greeted by the employees upon entering the restaurant. My order was taken promptly and was prepared to the menu specifications. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The employees also told me to have a nice day as I was leaving the restaurant. This is the type of great customer service that I have vote to expect from Baldinos. Great job guys!

I had a great experience. We had the meatball sub and the steak and cheese. The staff was very nice and patient (our first time to the place so it took awhile to pick) and the subs were excellent.
