So lI went in to order business cards on about April 7. I was told it wouldn’t take long and that the time to print the cards once approve would be 24 hours. The design I gave them was fairly simple for them to reproduce. I was told that I would have a proof to review by Friday. I also paid half of my order the day i placed. Friday came and no proof so i called. When I called I was told that I could expect a proof that Monday because someone from a local University had come in and that day and needed some things done so they were really busy and couldnt get to my order that had been placed BEFORE the university came in. So OK I’ll wait until Monday. Monday, April 13, came and the proof not only had errors(business name) but it didn’t look like what i wanted. So, I contacted them and was very specific about changing the order to something simple that would not include a picture, just words. So it took until April 20 for them to email me a proof to review of the new card design. Whenever I got the proof again, I contacted them to let them know that 1 they had placed information in the wrong spot and had put the wrong business name and they spelled Attorney wrong. I also went to the store and I was told by a staff member that i «may be charged more since you keep changing the design.» So I approved everything including the paper to be used. By the end of the week no one had contacted me about picking up my cards. So I called and I was told they had to change the paper because it kept getting hung in the machine and that the paper they had to order wouldn’t be in until Monday. By this time I was over the whole process. So they were going to change the paper without telling me? I picked the cards up the following week. The cards are okay, I can see where the paint doesn’t look even and the paper isn’t as thick as I’d like. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Used them a handful of of times… not once have they been on time or very happy, They are occasionally nice enough, but man watch out… the owners openly gripe about their job and the hours, ‘more important things to do’ blah blah blah. Really, if you are the boss you can make the organization and the rules. I’ll give anybody a free pass for a bad day or two but it seems to be their MO over there. Print quality is good just terrible customer courtesy and don’t expect your stuff to be done when they say to come pick it up.
