Great atmosphere and very friendly employees. They always have a 50% off coupon on Retail Me Not. Smaller than Hobby Lobby and Michaels but they all have things the other craft stores don’t. It’s not the only craft store I go to because they can’t have everything but it is the most enjoyable shopping experience of the 3 major craft stores in the area.

The deals and coupons are great especially the military discount but I feel as though it is competing in-​between Michael’s and Hobby Lobby having almost everything you would need from both stores combined. I shop more with Hobby Lobby & Michael’s then occasionally drop by this store as some things are hit and miss on what you can find different. They had items I found sold by the piece which was awesome for me vs the other stores that sell them in packs. I’m obsessed with miniature doll items so I come back every often if its been awhile for them.

My favorite craft store in town, but I’m only giving 4 stars because the service at the check out counter is hit or miss.
The coupons are usually good, and often you get another printed out for you when you make a purchase. Coupons online also. Military discount off of entire purchase. For every $ 200 you spend, you get a $ 10 gift certificate in the mail if you are in the rewards program.
Some if not most of the cashiers are super friendly and know the prices and how the coupons works. Then there are others who have been working there for years but they are weird about the coupons and act like you’re using them wrong. I’ve been embarrassed several times at checkout, when a cashier doesn’t «recognize» my coupon or calls her «supervisor» or «corporate» to verify how a coupon works. They’ll hold the line up over silly things. I ran my coupons past the manager on shift once during my shopping, just to make sure I understood which ones could be combined and which ones could not. When I got to checkout, the cashier made me GO FIND the manager myself and drag her over MYSELF to PROVE that I had indeed gotten permission. The line was held up for 10 to 15 minutes that time, if not longer. All that to say, don’t go here if you’re in a hurry or have an anger management issue! Lol!

It’s a craft store that seems to be more neighborhood oriented than Hobby Lobby or Michaels. It’s a smaller craft store but customer service can’t be beat. I was standing in line with five people ahead of me and they opened up another register. Also there was a lady giving away coupons for your purchase. It’s from their circular but still very thoughtful. I’ve never been to a store where they were actually coupon savvy. They also provide military discounts!

Great sales and coupons! They always have them so I know I can always get what I want at a good price. They also give a teacher and military discount on top of all sales and coupons! The store is a bit small and may not have everything you need. Staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Love AC MOORE, prices beat Micheals! Plus they tend to have more of an organized variety, and allow you to use online/​app coupons. Went and looked today for candle making equipment. What Micheals had for $ 50 I got from AC Moore for $ 35 plus a 50% off coupon. Also I couldn’t find any scents or colors for candles at Micheals; only wax and wicks. I saw no workers I could ask. So I decided to drive by AC Moore, luckily they had not only had more types of wax but at a better price! As well as the wicks and scents/​colors. It pays to shop around!
