Ask for Anita. Best massage in years. I know there been some bad reviews left but I encourage you to look at the dates of the reviews. They have been under new management for most of 2015 and the place has really improved. I will go back and see Anita very soon!

Wow, what a ripoff! I tried a two-month«trial» membership, and they made it extremely difficult to cancel. I would have considered continuing my membership, but their phones often didn’t work! What a crazy business. I’d recommend that you go elsewhere – anywhere else would probably be better.

Very disappointing and I would not recommend this place. I called because someone recomended Kristi. Well, Kristi was not there and I really needed a massage. The therapist I saw was not very good at all. She didn’t pay attention to my needs after I explained to her what they were. She did not even give me the full hour. I guess you get what you pay for, because it was $ 49.

Does not even deserve one star! Masseuse actually texted during massage! Had prepaid massages just disappear. Customer service is PATHETIC! Stay away!

I have been to this place twice, and had two different masseuses. Both times were not that great. The first thing is the atmosphere. It starts out fine, with low lighting and a nicely decorated front, but it ends there. The rooms are too bright for a massage. I asked the masseuse to dim the lights, and she said they were as low as they get. The recessed lighting was shining right in my eyes. You can also hear people talking and doors slamming. The second thing is the massage itself. I have had many massages at more than one spa, but this is the worst. The masseuses did not work on any troubled spots. Instead, I got the same repetitive motions with them using their forearms and palms going up and down my back. It was half-assed(excuse my language). I used a voucher that I bought off a website(making the massage a discount), and I felt I only received half of the service.(I wonder if the two are linked.) There also wasn’t any good«flow» to the massage. When the masseuse got finished with one area, she threw the sheet back over me, stopped and started another area. No transition from one place to another. The last complaint was the manager of the place seemed not to care about the service. I’ve emailed and left messages explaining my experience only to be ignored. I do not know if everyone there gives massages like the two I had, but I rather take my business elsewhere than to find out.
