The people who run this store are really helpful. Their customer service is pretty good. The prices are reasonable. I would rather go to this store and support my neighborhood small business than going to a national chain store which sell the same stuff.

The staff have been kind and helpful when I have entered the store. I’ve bought Halloween supplies two years in a row and stopped in for a few other items a couple times in between. Far less crowded than other stores with similar merchandise, so it is an easy get in and get out!

They have a big selection of party related things that they sell. The service was a little slow and she made a typo when ringing up the order and instead of 6 items she entered 23 items. We had to point out this mistake so make sure you pay what you are supposed to at this location.

I’ve visited Party On twice and I really only went back because it is across the street from my office and I didn’t want to stop at the party supplies store near home so I wouldn’t be going out of my way. The selection of party supplies are pretty standard, the prices are pretty standard. My complaint about Party On is the helium they use for the balloons. They must’ve gotten some«diet caffeine free» tanks of helium to save money, because they were only guaranteeing the balloons to stay afloat for about 3 days, then you can pay extra for a higher grade of helium that would help the balloons stay up for 7 days. I received flowers from my husband from our local florist, and the balloon he got for me lasted almost 3 weeks before it started sinking and I know he didn’t pay for a higher grade helium because I’ve bought balloons from the same floral shop myself. So, I’d say, go to Party On if you’re looking for the standard stuff, but don’t bother with it if you’re going for balloons. The ones I’ve gotten from the dollar stores last longer than that.
