CVS Pharmacy

This is an awful pharmacy! I finally went to read the reviews after hanging up the phone with someone in the Pharmacy. She Was So Rude! Even on the Phone? How is this Pharmacy surviving with a bunch of rude people working here?

Pharmacy is horrible. I get a prescription regularly but my pharmacy was closed. Pharmacists wouldn’t do anything to help me until I could pick up my prescription the next day.
I have worked at a Pharmacy for 5 years and have never treated anyone the way they treated me. Also, the pharmacist just likes to argue because she kept repeating the same thing over and over.
CVS I’m am very disappointed in your lack of customer service.

The pharmacy staff is beyond rude and very unhelpful. I went to pick up my monthly prescription and they said they had no record of it being in the system. They then rudely told me to contact my doctor and have her send another prescription over and they would fill it then. Called my doctor and she sent it the following day to this CVS location that she ALWAYS sends it to. I went to pick it up the next day and they said they had no record of my prescription being sent to them. I told them I know for a fact my doctor sent it and they needed to figure out why it wasn’t showing. They looked into it and said it was sent to another CVS a few miles away and I could pick it up there. It was way too out of my way and I had errands to run around where this CVS was. I told them I needed it filled here and they said they could have the other location fax the prescription over to them and it would be filled in 20 minutes tops. I left to run my errands which took almost 2 hours which gave them plenty of time. By the time I got back I told the pharmacist I was picking up my medications and she said there was again no record of them. This is when I lost it and told her how ridiculous this is that this is my third time there trying to get my medication and was promised it would be filled in 20 minutes and I gave them way more time than that. She took her sweet old time trying to figure out what was going on but eventually got me my medication.
The only reason I use this pharmacy is due to my dad’s insurance. My dad has also had issues here too. One night he called to speak with a pharmacist and was on hold for an hour and a half. He left the phone on at home with my mom and drove to CVS to ask them why he was still on hold and they told him that customers at the pharmacy take priority over the customers on the phone (my mom was still on hold when he got there). Clearly they do not care about their customer service and are just straight up rude. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

The pharmacy staff is rude and don’t know what to do. My dentist called you two medications, when I got there they said they needed my insurance cards so we gave them to them, they asked for by birthdate and we told them, then we waited and waited finally we said we would come back. About 20 minutes later the pharmacist called me he could barely speak English and went on and on about not being able to fill them because the birthdate was wrong, I gave him the birthdate but he insisted it was wrong and that he would have to charge me the full amount of the medications. when I asked him to call my regular pharmacy he said no no he could not do that, I called my regular pharmacy they called and got the scripts and filled them with no problem.
Stay away from them.

Still don’t like this one. They never have enough employees for the traffic that comes in like that they are open all the time but you have to wait in line FOREVER. I ll stick to Novi on Novi rd

If you enjoy waiting forever in line, rude customer service and to be demeaned out loud in public then this is the pharmacy for you! Don’t have insurance? Don’t worry their rude @ss pharmacists will be CERTAIN to announce it to the entire store!!! EVERY TIME you come here! In pain? They don’t care you will wait or be told to come back because they are too busy! You are just a number to them.

Don’t bother getting your pictures developed here. Their machine breaks down but they send you an email that your photos are ready. When you get to the store there are no pictures. They don’t bother to reprint them or ask you to re-​order. #FAIL

Its right across the street from my house. So i can get stuff rlly quick when i need to. It’s not as expensive as other stores such as walgreen

Typical phramacy. I’ve gotten some drugs here and the pharacists are always very friendly and helpful.

It’s convenient if you need a couple of items. However, there always seems to be a line and the line is slow. Prices on pop is too high.
