Probably the worst firehouse I have ever been too. The food was, thankfully, the same good taste is always is but the service absolutely sucks. First, they had no chips stocked. I asked for a bag of chips that was no out and then the manager«allegedly» went looking for them. Finally, after half way being done with my sandwich I decided I would pick a different bag. No one ever came to tell me that they didn’t have it or even follow up on me. The store was dirty with good particles all over the trash can and straw wrappers all over the counter. They ran out of tea, but did the staff notice? Nope. Finally, someone went and told them and they made some. But, come on it was 6:30? Everything should be stocked as its dinner time! Super disappointing firehouse. They make the brand look bad.

Nice warm subs, good portions, reasonable prices, clean, great sauce selection, and a friendly staff all make this a solid steady for lunch.

I have been to a lot of Fire House Subs and this is another one. Located near the Galleria in Dallas off the toll road. Not real easy to get to. But once you find them they are good. The food is the standard sub sandwiches you have plenty to choose from. They are 8 inch subs. You can get bigger but 8 inch works for me. Insert your own pun. I can think of a few. I like the meatball very good, the New York Steamer very good. Most of the subs taste the same just a little different type of cold cuts. And the sandwiches are heated which I like best. Add a chip and drink the price is around 8.50. Check out there web page if you have not been to Firehouse yet it will help you out.

Subs are always great, they welcome you when you walk in and are very friendly! They have the nice touch screen Coca-Cola dispenser, not the older kinds. Never have had my orders messed up, and they usually have ESPN running on the TV. This is my go to Fire House!

I just love Firehouse Subs. There’s a high consistency in a good product no matter which one you visit. You just can’t beat a Medium #4 on Wheat, and Fully Involved. The tastiest sub, ever. This location had very friendly staff. The dining room was clean. Not much parking, though.

You need Flatbread, gluten free bread, wraps plus different sauces than your standard stuff. Herb vinaigrette, creamy Italian, chipotle cranberry, creamy avocado sauce and other types of creamy sauces. Ranch, bbq and mayo are too boring after awhile everyone has it. Need avocado as well it would go good with the verde sauce.

Rebecca is the new owner of this store and she is the most friendly, warm, and positive sandwich shop owner I have ever met! She truly takes pride in her store and I highly recommend THIS location specifically(though Firehouse makes a mean sandwich regardless). She even gave us some«secret recommendations» on our subs(ever try toasted pepperonis on your meatball sub? You damn well should!).

Not bad. There werent many people inside when I ordered(To-Go) so I wasnt expecting that long of a wait. It took a lot longer than expected and it seemed like the staff was in no rush to serve anyone inside really. I’ve never had this problem at any other firehouse but the employees just seemed like they didnt care. The food was decent but the wait and atmosphere was just bad.

I really like firehouse subs. Probably My favorite Sandwich place out of all the other sub fast food chains. I typically get a ham sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes and mayo but it doesn’t taste plain due to it be slightly warmed up and the sweet ham they use. At this particular location everyone is always super friendly. And I don’t mind the«welcome to firehouse» that gets shouted when I walk in the door. Makes me feel loved

Clueless order taking and verrrry slow service. I love the menu at Firehouse and will often seek them out to satisfy my sandwich craving. Upon arrival, I ordered a large classic meatball on wheat, combo, to-go. Then the questioning: so you want a meatball… What kind of bread? Medium or large? Do you want chips and a drink with that? Each time as I answered, it looked like my order taker was entering using a Chinese keyboard, and they did not appear to be of Chinese descent. I was meeting my son here and fortunately I ordered when I got here because it took them forever to make a sandwich. About 15 minutes after ordering, a worker approached me is if to indicate that my order was ready. Is that my large meatball, I asked? With a puzzled look he mumbled«a meatball and 2 brisket sandwiches?». No, I only ordered a meatball. He took it back, presumably to remove the 2 briskets from the bag(a bag, for a to go order?) and give me my sandwich, but instead it took another 8 minutes to make my order. My son arrived a few minutes later and fortunately his sandwich did too. I did get an apology and the sandwich was made to Firehouse specs, thus the 2 stars, otherwise my rating would be much less for the horrible service. And they weren’t busy with 5 people working. Crazy.

I was totally impressed with my first visit to Firehouse Subs! I went in with high expectations because my coworker talked about it so enthusiastically. Fortunately, I was not disappointed. I stopped by the Galleria-area store on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty quiet — only a few patrons. The area that it is in can get pretty congested as there’s an apartment complex and other shops/restaurants in the same place. I loved that they was a detailed menu of all of the ingredients of each sandwich before you get to the cash register, so you’re not standing in the front holding up the line trying to figure out what you want. They even have a ‘healthier’ menu and as the gentleman behind the counter explained, it’s on a different type of bread(I think he might have said it was gluten free or ‘less’ gluten than the subs), less cheese — really just a smaller sandwich so that makes it ‘healthier.’ Ha. I opted for the… I forgot the name of it but it came with ham, turkey and bacon. Per the suggestion from another guest, I got it ‘fully involved’ which means that everything is on it — mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle… etc. Yum. After placing my order, I went and sat down close to one of the tv’s — they’re pretty quick, I barley got situated and my order was ready. It was cut in half and as I pulled it apart there was a big cloud of smoke arising from the inside of my sandwich… I’m not sure how they heated this thing, but that was pretty awesome. LOL. I really enjoyed the sub, it was GREAT. Definitely puts Subway to shame!

Can’t say ENOUGH good things about this sub shop! I have only ever ordered the Italian sub fully involved and it’s my favorite sandwich ever! It has amazing flavor, it’s drippy and delicious! I love how they give you a pickle spear with every sandwich! They have a wide variety of all different types of sauces as well but my sandwich is perfect the way it comes!!! YUM!!!

Firehouse has the best subs around! I wish there was a location closer to my work or my house bc then I’d eat here all the time! The meatball is so good and I love that their chip selection includes my favorite jalapeño flavor.

All that I can say is yum! I have been meaning to try Firehouse for a while, but just stopped in the other day. They had a lot of options, and I tried the Hook and Ladder Lite which had Ham and Turkey on a wheat roll. It was one of their subs that is under 500 calories. They are smaller is shape and size than some sandwich shops, but they are very filling. The menu is a little hard to read, but the guy who helped me was nice about explaining everything. Service was fast and friendly, and they also have one of those high tech soda fountain machines.

Firehouse has become a sandwich staple in our home. Since we moved to Dallas we head here when we feel like a good hot sandwich. They are way better than Jason’ s deli and some other chains around. You can order both cold or hot subs. My favorite is turkey with provolone and my husband loves their meatball sub. Don’t forget to get a punch card and ear free subs. Also if you go in on your birthday(as I did on mine) they give you a free sub after checking your ID. Not a bad deal!
