Had to bring in my vacuum to get repaired since it was still in the warranty period and the young woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew immediately what the problem was when I described what was happening. Fortunately, they had the part in stock that I needed and brought my vacuum cleaner out to me with a new roller brush attachment. While you’re waiting around, you can’t help but browse their newest offerings and start asking yourself if it might be time to trade up? They have a pretty decent trade-in program where you can get a new model vacuum for about $ 100 less than what you can get at a big box store(even with a 20% discount). Their trade-in promotions change periodically so you may get a quote that’s only good until a certain date before they offer a different promotion. Great service and easy to find location(much better than driving out to Carrollton).

I love my Dyson. I never knew about the service that comes with the Dyson when I bought it. I mean, customer service over the phone is always great but I only had to call in once. I bought my Dyson in 2009 after graduating from undergrad. It was my big purchase and its the best thing I ever bought with my grown woman paycheck. It still works like new until recently. I have a dog and my dog doesn’t like my vacuum very much. Apparently she got a bite out of the pipe and my vacuum didn’t suck much of anything anymore. I took my vacuum in for an inspection and he fixed it for me no charge. That is great customer service!

In this era where you can’t get out of a store without being asked to take a survey or post a rating, I don’t bother unless I have been WOW’d. I was not asked to rate or post a comment, but I am proactively posting because today, I was pleasantly surprised with Dyson and its service center. I have had and love my canister Dyson for nearly 10 years. I purchased a new cordless Dyson V6 this year to haul up and down the stairs easily. I was surprised when I had a problem with the new one since the other has been such a work horse with no issues. But, the GREAT news is the Dyson Service Center in Farmers Branch is AWESOME! The young woman at the front and the service technician who fixed my machine were both very friendly and professional. While I knew my machine was under warranty and there would be no cost, I was surprised they could fix my machine ONTHESPOT! That made me very happy. I am so glad the technician was so knowledgeable and the problem was an easy fix. The company obviously provides its service staff with the knowledge and the tools they need to take care of clients quickly. I am a fan and I feel I made a sound investment in my Dyson products.

I cannot express enough gratitude for repairing our vacuum. The gentleman who was there was excellent. He was super fast with repairing my vacuum. He fully explained what the issue was. And most importantly he was a true professional. He was very courteous, and gave me some helpful tips to help maintain my Dyson. The pricing was more than reasonable and it looks as though they also sell a large variety of Dyson products on site. Top notch all the way.

Excellent Service, very quick to response. Explains the issue and if its within warranty period all fixes are free. First when I saw the number five stars, i didn’t believe, but I wrong those customer service professionals deserve 5 Stars. My Issue with Dyson Multi-floor was the suction had stopped. So I took to the customer care and they quickly identified the issue and explained it to me. Also explained me me how to avoid such issues in future. I was in and out in no time. When I was waiting, there were nearly 5 – 6 other customers came in and all of them were quickly taken care.

My Dyson needed service as the roller had stopped working so I brought it here today expecting to leave it for at least a week. What a surprise! I was in the service center less than 10 minutes, the part was replaced(and under warranty) and it was loaded back in my car! What? Alex and Tim were awesome and made the hour round trip drive more than worth it! I will always return due to the excellent customer service — Thank you! 10 stars!

Wow! Same as all these other Unilocal reviews! Fixed my Dyson while I waited… and while I waited Ginger Rogers educated me on everything new Dyson has. Ginger is genuine and knowledgeable! She knows it’s an outstanding product and she wants to show you how and why! They were beyond fair in fixing my Dyson and even charged me less than what they first estimated. I will return soon to upgrade. Their prices are very fair and they have sales. They will educate you on every little thing and you will be amazed! Thanks Dyson Service Center! They are extremely helpful, provide free diagnostics and also have great pricing. Tim was very helpful and knowledgable. Their office hours are a little but inflexible but definitely worth the time away from the office.

Amazing service by these guys! I brought my Dyson in to them for some issues I was having and they had it diagnosed and repaired in less than 10 minutes. Can’t say enough things about this company and this service center. What other vacuum can you take directly to the manufacturer locally to have it fixed without having to leave it and wait? I went in because a part of the main body broke off and needed replacement. They replaced the whole body, and some other places that had wear and tear so that I wouldn’t be coming in again and again to fix them. They did this in two days and it was all covered by warranty. Even carried it out to my car for me with a smile. Thank you Brian! Great warranty, great service. Would definitely recommend this office and buy Dyson again!

After going to another vacuum repair shop that wanted to charge $ 250 to fix my Dyson DC25 I looked up that place on Unilocal.They had multiple bad reviews but all bad reviews referred to Dyson Repair Center as the best, easiest and cheapest place to go with your Dyson. ANDTHEYWERE100% CORRECT. This place is the best. Friendly. Helpful. And SUPERFAST. I went here 2 times with my Dyson(the 2nd time was because I forgot something already broken from my 1st visit because I was too excited about the repairs) and was charged ZERO because they repair based on the warranty that your Dyson already has. It took them 15 minutes tops after the other place had my vacuum for 5 days. All broken parts were replaced with shiny new ones. On my 2nd visit they even took my vacuum out to my car because I had my 18 month old with me. CANTSAYANYTHINGBADANDALLTHAT I SAYTHATISPOSITIVEISWITHMESMILINGBECAUSETHEEXPERIENCEWASSOGOOD. From now on, If I even hear any person say they own a Dyson I will draw them a map to this place.

I have two Dyson vacuum cleaners. Both of which I love! I did not think that I could love them anymore then I do until I went to the service center. I have sucked up a pen with the wand and could not find it. They checked it while I waited and fixed the part of the wand that kept coming off. I was so pleased that I brought my other Dyson back and they cleared a clog that I had. Now they are both working better than ever! The only thing that I would have done differently is brought then in sooner!
