Clancy Appraisal

I had to write this. I have been on the phone all day today ready to pull my hair out. Long story short, I need an appraisal for tax purposes on a time-​share. Some companies apparently didn’t even know how to do it, others wanted an arm and a leg, etc., The time-​share company was little to no help as I wasn’t buying well you can imagine. Mr. Clancy called me took my information looked it up on the computer explained my situation to me and basically it really wasn’t worth my money to get a written appraisal and did it over the phone for free! I love this man and I never met him! Another company in town wanted $ 500.00! I can only say if you ever need a property appraisal this is the man you want to see. Thanks again Mr. Clancy you’re the best!!!
