This place is awesome. The service was wonderful, and the staff is extremely nice.
I love the fact that i can get my hair cut while watching sports and the MVP was very relaxing, I will definitely be back.

We never got as far as the haircut, so my review is based on customer service/​management. We signed in and waited 45 minutes. They were understaffed for a Saturday, and the staff that was there seemed to be fighting about something. They finally called my son’s name and told me to pay first. I pulled out my debit card and they said, «Now, we can only take cash today.» I suggested they tell people that when they sign in, so they don’t wait 45 minutes. I just got blank stares back. HUGE waste of time and no haircut!

Like the sports concept so gave it several tries but the cuts weren’t good and staff seemed poorly trained. I’m guessing it’s a somewhat absent franchise owner who just doesn’t have the right experience because it just seems like it is poorly managed.

How do you give a negative star? No customer service. Had an issue with how my son’s hair was cut. No manager on duty. No way that they would call me after she left. Not even the courtesy of a call to discuss. The response was «you can come in tomorrow to get a refund after 10 AM, bring an ID with you.» Not even an apology. Not even a «how can we help you resolve this?» Just bad management unable to train their staff. My son’s hair got shaved off when he asked for a trim. Just ridiculous.

For $ 18 this is a great deal. Both the haircut and the service were great! And who doesn’t love to watch sports when they get a haircut? I’ll definitely be going back.

So I have checked this place out for about 4 – 5 cuts, so I think I can reasonably give a fair assessment. When it first opened up, everyone was on their game and the manager, at the time, was totally with it, on it, and the place was great.
Now I would say bypass all together and just go to Tom’s which is right around the corner.
I went in yesterday and got a cut from Sabrina, who was great (not rating her low, and is the reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1). But NO NO NO NO NO you do NOT chastise your employees in front of customers. I am not sure the name of the current manager who was working 7/​18, but corporate should immediately come in and fire her. Under no circumstances do you do that in front of customers!!! Totally unprofessional.
Other than that I usually get the cut, wash, dry (with hot towel on the chops), etc… it’s decent, especially if you are part of the MVP club.

Do yourself a favor and bypass this location. My husband has attempted this location several times with my son. I have also attempted this location with my son. Each time it seems the customer service gets worse. No greeting when you come in. Abrasive attitude from the ladies who cut hair. It seems as if you are almost putting them out by just asking them to do their job. It’s unfortunate because the location is convenient. But it’s just not worth the trip.

Came in here on a whim and was very pleased. Anan did a great job and gave me exactly what I asked for. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the volume of the televisions. I enjoyed having a television at my station, but there was only one other customer when I was there. No need for all 7 TVs on at full volume. Otherwise a really great experience.

Great place. They had a 45 minute wait when I walked in, so I got a quick bite to eat next door, and when I got back I was getting my haircut within 10 minutes.
So overall, around a 30 minute wait, with a great haircut. I’m happy.

I came in around 4:15, signed in, had 2 other people called ahead of me, and promptly left at 5:45 after they asked my name and despite having signed in they claimed I wasn’t on the list. Will never be back.

I arrived at opening time but still waited 45 minutes for a haircut. They only had one stylist on duty on a federal holiday! Really, poor planning on the part of the management. They had to turn away several walk and call ins. I doubt I’ll be back.
