Best time to come in is the lunch time, that’s when they actually make the chicken fresh, it will get less juicer and slightly tough towards the end of the day, this place won’t be there for long like the whole of the stop mall, do make the most of it while you have the opportunity to do so, side are also nice Would recommend this place

To sum it all up: meh, disappointed. Don’t recommend. Time: Sunday around 6:15pm Came here based on Unilocal reviews, hoping for good place to eat when we come shopping. Disappointed and will be going back to our old eating place. The ¼ chicken dark: bit dry… I like dark meat because it’s suppose to be more juicy but this was dry and the seasoning was meh. Nothing to write about, it’s ok. The skin was a bit tough. Fried rice: not bad. Probably the best thing on my plate. Not that big of a fan though. Chickpeas: disappointed. The beans were really hard and no flavor. Service: ok. The guy behind the counter wasn’t overly friendly or mean. Just meh. Cleanliness: food on the floor, on the tables, not really clean.

The chicken is comparable to El Pollo Rico. The later is a little more salty and I think the flavor is slightly better but the chicken is still excellent overall. Sabrina’s side items are much better than El Pollo Rico’s though. They have greater choices and the plaintains are great.

If I had the money and the time, I would try every different charcoal pollo restaurant in the Washington, DC area to see who had the best. But it would be a waste of money and time, because Sabrina’s is so ridiculously delicious that I shake my head in disbelief on how good it is every time I eat it. If I had a big enough stomach and appetite, I think I could wipe out the chicken as a species eating there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I love it that much, including the incredible side dishes. I love food and many different cuisines from all cultures, but I’ll take South American charcoal pollo compared to the finest meals I have ever eaten.

I got the half chicken with two sides and the food was very flavorful. However, my chicken was a little undercooked so I wasn’t able to eat some parts of it. They have a huge varity of sides.

There’s good stuff here at Sabrina’s Grill. A friend of mine and I found it as we were headed to the Five Guys next door. The spot caught our eye and as we contemplated chicken or burgers and fries, a lady with a take-out order told us she thought it was the best chicken around and that it was so good, she traveled from Woodbridge just for their chicken. We were convinced and went inside. Sabrina’s Grill didn’t at all disappoint! I enjoy the variety of sides — everything from mixed veggies to yucca and plantains. I recommend the pico de gallo as it is the best I’ve ever had. Definitely a delicious and wholesome meal at a good price.

Chicken was crisp and juicy. The spinach although tasted ok, looked brown, dank, and runny. Also the green chili sauce looked like green jello, and was not so picante.

Great rotisserie chicken — nice fresh and juicy– I think towards the end of the day the chicken isn’t as fresh as lunch time. I get quarter white meat with the fried rice and a side of pico — so good– their pico is full of flAvor and is great mixed in with rice. Their sauces are yummy as well–

I see this place everyday when I’m on my lunch break traveling to Target(lol). Nonetheless, yesterday I decided to give it a try. I was a bit nervous because I’d just spent most of my break at Unique and thought that there’d be a long wait time. I walked in and this place was pretty spacious. There were several people sitting at tables with their families/friends enjoying the meal. I was actually able to walk right up and order. I got my usual ¼ chicken with a side of spinach and plantains. I’d never had spinach with potatoes in it but these were ok, I wish there was a bit more seasoning and a little more thickness. There were several choices of sides so I’ll probably pick something different the next time. I was happy to see the cups o Tres Leche cake, its been on my radar to try for a while now. Let me just say that cake was the . I know that its usually served at most pollo spots. l Get you some the next time and thank me later!!! As for the chicken, it was cooked to perfection, my favorite part is the skin I like a god flavorful charred crunch and this delivered with extra juiciness on the inside. Also it was a very good deal less than $ 7.00(witout the cake) is a prety good lunch deal.

My family and I had lunch and we’re very happy with the food. I had the pupusas which were good. My husband had the rotisserie chicken which he said was very good and he wished he had ordered the half chicken instead of just the two piece dark meat. My son had the burrito with French fires, he ate the burritos but the fries were cold and a little soggy. But the best part was that my daughter ate something other than her usual pizza and hamburger fare. She had the rice and lentils and liked them enough to finish it all. I would definitely recommend for a quick, easy and inexpensive lunch or diner.

3 stars. Foods not bad. Could be better. Platanos and flan are pretty amazing but service could be better. I got some pupusas(but too salty for me) and platanos to go. Got rung up and then the lady says«oh, I forgot to ring up the platanos» and I’m like ok… hand her my credit card and she like«oh, there’s a $ 5 minimum»… Um really? I’m not the one who forgot to ring an item up – you have one job! Well anyway I ended up leaving the platanos. Ridiculous… They should’ve been a bit more accommodating to the customer is all I’m saying. I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

After a long day of shopping at the nearby thrift store I was famished. The delightful smells of Peruvian chicken lead me to Sabrina’s Grill. Service was fast, the food was pretty decent and the menu had a little something for everyone. The place was pretty busy when I went in on a Saturday afternoon and the staff seemed able to handle the load. I love places where I can see all my food before I order it and everything is laid out behind glass for you to eye here. The sides were actually my favorite part of the meal(I wanted a little more flavor on the chicken) and I wish I had seconds of the yummy rice and beans. It’s a good stop for a quick bite if you’re looking for something a little more authentic than the burger joints in the area.

The fried rice is amazing ! I would go back again to try the kabobs. The spinach was ok & the chicken was ok too. Tasty had it’s own flavors.

After a Saturday morning trip to the thrift store(’cause I’m hip like that) my friends and I went in search of food. As we were deliberating a possible fast-food option, I paused as a delightful smell hit my nose. Curious, we discovered that the smell was originating from Sabrina’s Grill, conveniently located within walking distance of our shopping experience. As I walked in, I was delighted to discover that the smell was none other than Peruvian chicken. I wound up ordering ¼ dark meat chicken without question. My meal included two sides, and I settled on the spinach and chicken fried rice(there were other options, each as delicious as the last). To my surprise, the meal cost a mere 8 dollars. That’s a great price for Peruvian chicken in my opinion. As I bit into the chicken, I immediately took note of the juiciness and tenderness. The bird was well seasoned and cut easily with my fork. The spinach and chicken fried rice were delightful as well. Before I knew it, I was staring at a very clean plate. Thank you for a lovely meal Sabrina’s Grill!

I give it 3 stars. I liked this place well enough to return. My favorite thing is «Southern Fried Chicken» and this place fries a pretty good piece of chicken. Although not«Southern Style», it’s good. The best thing here is the seasoning and spices they use. From the chix to the rice to the beans, they know how to season food properly. Good portions and good prices. Really good service.

Love, love, love this place! They’re right by my work so I’ve ordered food there pretty frequently for lunch. Their staff is really friendly, although at this point it may just be because they recognize me from being there so often… The food is great. Their chicken is always delicious, moist, and just amazing. My favorite sides are the yuca, spinach, and plantains. Just delicious! The only thing I’d complain about is that they’re skimpy on the green and yellow sauces.

Have been here several time over the past year and this place is hard to beat for it’s quality/price ratio. The pollo is above average and very consistent. I have tried several different items on the menu. The steak burrito is excellent with plenty of fresh guac inside. Much better than Chipotle or Moe’s. Tried to order their fried chicken a couple of times but they are always out or cooking more which I didn’t have time to wait for. All in all, this place has a ton of variety for the sides. A large menu to select from and great quality/portions for the price.

I ordered ¼ White Meat with a side of Yucca and Chicken Soup(sadly they did not have mac & cheese as an option) The chicken was juicy, moist and bursting with flavor! I think this chicken is better than a few other Peruvian places in the area and I would definitely come back just for the chicken! The place fell short on the sides though. I came in on a Saturday at 8pm(maybe I was too late?) but the yucca was hard and all dried up, all the other sides looked old like they had been sitting out for awhile. The chicken soup was flavorful but they should have strained the broth more because the chicken guts were visible. *Tip — they have several sauces and ramekins that you can fill up to go! *Tip — they give you the standard green and yellow sauces with your order as well

S — avory A — wesome Chicken B– rilliant Plantains R– ockin’ I– ncredibly flavorful food N– oteworthy A– voiding chain restaurants(a la 5 guys next door) S– avings. Get your money’s worth here. It’s ironic that a Five Guys is next door to this little Groovy Peruvian. Both Five Guys and Sabrina’s Grill were packed, but both are not in the same echelon in my foodie bible. Foodie Bible Chapter One, Verse One states: Behold! The righteous path is forged with the light from the underdog. Happiness is with he who chooses wisely along the fatty path of pure gluttony. Sabrina’s is the best Pollo Grill I’ve been to so far. The chicken stands alone with flavor that sends my food neurons a-fluttering. Kah-boom! Jinkies, that’s good chicken. Moist chicken that falls off the bone is sure to bring me closer to Foodie Nirvana. The grilled veggies were a must. I was afraid to get what I really wanted– the fried stuff. A moment on the lips and these Lucky Brand Jeans will feel rather unlucky when the buttons start screaming. The veggies were a healthy choice and were not smothered in devilish waist-expander seasonings. The side of plantains might have negated my healthy side dish. They were sweet enough for one to forego dessert and they stacked them up on my plate. The way they were cooked made their natural sugar caramelize and their foodgasm points escalate. Quarter Chicken + Yummy Side Dishes + Good Savings= Peruvian Party in my mouth. Food Bible Chapter One, Verse Two States: If you’re happy and you know it, Unilocal about it. And so it was written.
