One of my favorite places for margaritas and appetizers, my friend and I went yesterday for drinks and food. Our waiter was very friendly, actually he was our server last time we were there. Very cool guy, my steak was amazing, I got the New York steak, and it was amazing, juice and tender. Loved it .!!

So, we came in and waited a good ten minutes before we were even asked how we were doing. Restaurant and exterior seemed clean; unimpressive American fare selection in the menu. Ate my entire meal without server once asking how’s it going. Avoid this place like AIDS. Only reason it gets two stars is because my burger was awesome.

Occasionally go here for the salad bar which is usually okay and I usually have a coupon. Generally it’s decent but tonight was different. Ordered the shrimp fondue which is shrimp, cheese, and pico de gallo with tortilla chips. It took a long time to come out and when it arrived, it was apparent that wasn’t the kitchen’s fault. It was pretty clear it had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time because the cheese sauce had separated and there was a thick layer of orange oil on the top. Also the chips were oily and soggy. What was really weird was the«cheese» was luke warm but still melted and gooey. In spite of my better judgement, I tasted it and it was disgusting. I sent it back and the waitress took it off the bill. After that, there was really no coming back. As others have said, service was slow. Also, one of the staff was wearing a Ray Rice Baltimore Ravens jersey. For those who don’t follow football, Rice was kicked out of the league for spousal abuse a few seasons ago. If it were game day and we were in Baltimore, I’d let it slide but on Tuesday in Bailey’s Crossroads, it showed poor taste and poor decision making.

I wish I could give zero stars to this horrible place. I got freaking food poisoning. Three days of vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea! Sorry TMI but I just want people to stay clear from this place! I should of followed my first mind when I went into the restaurant and it was dark, musty, and old looking. The bathrooms were not clean! I had the shrimp platter and salad bar. The salad bar was mess none of the topping were placed under ice. Everything was out and room temp. You can’t have freaking eggs, pasta w/mayo, and salad dressings room temp!!! I called the restaurant and talked to the General Manger, he was no help and was not apologetic at all! DONOTEATHERESTAYAWAY!!!

Not fine dining and sometimes the service is a little off, but fine if you go in with the right expectations. We typically come here for the salad bar combination platters that can come with soup, sliders, etc. and the salad bar. When we’ve strayed into other parts of the menu like burgers, steak and fish it’s been hit or miss, so we stick to what’s safe. Since the salad bar is self-serve, service isn’t as critical, but often times servers will go MIA for long periods of time if you need a drink refill. One item that really surprised me though are the house made chicken tenders. I don’t know if they’re really making them fresh, but they taste like they are and are really juicy. Normally I don’t get these out as I can heat up frozen ones at home, but theirs are really good.

WE enjoy the salad bar. Its one of the only places left with a great alad bar. The staff is friendly and over all the food is good. If you get get there late you have to ak them to fill some items on the salad bar. We alo like their burgers and chicken. Their bisquits still need help but we are there for the fresh salad at reasonable price,

I don’t like giving bad reviews but this visit was by far the worst and my husband and I have eaten at many Ruby Tuesdays in different areas and states. We walked into the establishment and it was fairly slow. Not much customers and it was prime time for dinner. Our waitress greeted us and took our orders. We got our drink orders which was fairly easy by it took about 45mins to get our food. And at no time in between did we get water refills or even a status update on our order. What made it worse is that we were not the only table waiting for our food. My husband made two trips to the salad bar before our food arrived. When our food arrived my chicken and mushroom Alfredo did not have enough Alfredo and it was cold as if it say in the window for a while.

Great service. The food is consistent and the drinks are a good value. We enjoy the salad bar the most.

Number of People 3 patrons Food 2 salad bar 1 chicken Parmesan Drinks 2 waters 1 soda Review of Services Greeted at front door and shown to our table that still had bits of food and streaks of dried soda littering the top. We asked the Matre De to please clean the table and after a few moments of staring at our table like nothing was wrong he finally got the idea that it should be cleaned with a rag. He came back after 1 ½ mins and cleaned it quickly. Still have bits of food I had to clean off myself. After waiting 6 mins, our waitress came to our table to get our order. No smile, she seemed a little peeved that we were even there.

I had been really patient in an almost empty restaurant for a long time. I ordered just a turkey burger and chips for $ 8.99. It took longer than 30 minutes to get this meal to go. There were many waitresses but they were busy chatting. One good thing was their chips were crispy and tasty.

Usually only stop here for the garden bar, as always garden bar was on point, as far as service goes, completely different story. Waited for 12 minutes to be greeted by the waiter(which was the bartender) finally got our drinks, and the whole time heard the bartender yell at the wait staff in front of guests and bar area. Waited seven minutes(yes I time this stuff) for a refill on coke. What a let down.

I used to come here a lot when I was younger, before the rebrand and it was very good. Since the rebrand and their focus on good hamburgers. YIKES! First experience I was with my entire family(6 of us total including my wife) and the server was brand new, the order was wrong. which normally I can overlook, but no manager ever came over to help the kid out and even when they finally got the order to us correctly it was just bad. Recently I had a gift card so i decided to try it again. The food was acceptable, but I wouldnt recommend wasting the money on the salad bar, its ok at best, but for the price, not worth it. my son ordered chicken fingers which were really good so that was nice that he ate, but my wife and my burgers were, as previously mentioned, acceptable. For a place that supposedly focuses on burgers, it was not worth the price as even with a $ 25 gift card, for 2 adult burgers, 2 salad bars, 2 ice T and one kids chicken fingers it was still close to $ 30…no thanks, better options out there for the price and better tasting.

My friend and I came here on a whim since Red Robins was packed. When we entered the establishment, there was NOONE at the receptionist/greeting podium thing. We stood around looking for someone to assist us. I spot a couple of waiters and they made brief and fleeting eye-contact and walked passed us. After an indeterminate amount of time pass(approx: 10 mins.) someone finally addresses us and states that they are slow and will seat us when they can. Confused, I glanced around the dining room and spot a number of unoccupied tables. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just SEAT us. More guests are coming in, and the lobby becomes packed. The associate fails to get our names and does not start a list. Everyone in the lobby begins to grow restless. After standing for another 5 mins., we are finally seated. The booth me and my friend sat at were ergonomically uncomfortable, the seats were also littered with crumbs from prior guests… wtf. Our waiter was a bit awkward and gave us our menus and shortly after introducing himself– LEAVES. This is my first time ever eating at a Ruby Tuesday so I have no clue on what their menu consists of. I pick a burger since it’s the safest thing on the menu. My friend picks an app for her meal. Queso dip. We both get waters. After our waiter materializes before us, we give him our orders and wait. We get our waters quickly, but then the waiting game begins. My friend and I chatted for a bit, then resorted to go on our mobile phones. An HOUR passes by and we’re both hungry and irritable. I understand coming in on a Saturday night– yes I know things get busy and the kitchen is slow. But our waiter never came by to apologize or assure us that our meal was on our way. After what felt like an eternity– our food comes. Portions were fair. I demolished my burger in an instant. My friend picked at her dip and complained that it didn’t look right and the chips were glued together and hard. I was not satisfied at the end of the meal. We paid our bill and left to get Chick-fila afterwards. Overall: I will never come back here.

One thing good about this Ruby Tuesday is the chocolate cake. Everything else is below average. service is very slow. Food is not good. Not worth the wait.

Never again! My wife often enjoys their salad bar for lunch, so she convinced me to have dinner at this Ruby Tuesday. She was right. The raw food that I assembled myself from the salad bar was the highlight of the dinner. Everything else was horrible. I ordered the Louisiana Shrimp and that was my mistake. I got a plate with about 20 «popcorn» size shrimp, all fried apparently to be used at weapons. They were hard as rocks and flavored with some kind of hot sauce that has never been found in Louisiana. Even their famous cheese biscuits reeked of some metallic/chemical smell that made them inedible. On the other hand, our waiter was attentive and tried being helpful. He kept asking if I was sure I didn’t want a container to take my leftovers home. In the end, for about $ 40 I got one bite of a biscuit, one shrimp, and 3 french fries. Do yourself a favor and drive further down the street before stopping for food. This place is terrible.

I’ve been a fan of the Ruby Tuesday’s chain for many years, but this is not my favorite location and I usually only stop in because its more convenient than going to one of the ones I like better. No issue with the food — its the standard RT fare. And the staff is very accommodating and friendly. My only issue — you might have to ask for your cheese biscuits — but since cheese biscuits are counter to my fitness régime maybe this is a good thing. My issue with this location is with the restaurant itself — more specifically the seating. The booths have benches that are well past their time and need to severely have them re-cushioned so that when you sit down you don’t sink so far down that the table is at shoulder height and you feel like you’re a child sitting at the adult table for Thanksgiving dinner without your booster seat. So the solution would naturally be to request a table with chairs(instead of a booth). The staff is exceptionally accommodating to these requests. But those tables are so packed together that its impossible to eat at them when the restaurant is busy without bumping the dinners sitting next to you. Given the popularity of the RT salad bar — this can be quite annoying.

So, if you’ve read my past Ruby Tuesday reviews, you’d notice that I’ve lost all faith in this chain. However, we were shopping up at Bailey’s Crossroads and somehow my wife and I convinced ourselves it would be a good idea to go here. And it wasn’t a mistake! I mean, it is Ruby Tuesday, but the experience here was better than we’ve had at a chain restaurant like this in a long time. Mind you it was inauguration day and the place was empty, but still… Though the hostess seemed as if she’d rather be watching Obama’s speech on TV, the rest of the service was great. Our waiter, Jay, was attentive and friendly. He even brought extra napkins without asking when I dropped queso on myself. The food was just about how it should be at a Ruby Tuesday. It didn’t taste like it was made from fresh organic ingredients, but it didn’t taste stale or anything like that. Most importantly, unlike my other recent trips to Ruby Tuesday, the food was not underdone.(My last burger at this chain was raw in the middle.) Nothing was terribly wrong with this Ruby Tuesday, so I’ll probably try it again.
