Family style eatery in Eden Center. They have barbecued calf, fried goat rolls, pig stomach salad, blood sausage, and other goodies that might freak out the gringos. Love it!!! I don’t think the owners actually speak English. The signs are all in Vietnamese and the people working there are all old. It was so sweet hearing the little kids speaking Viet with their parents. Never got to see that growing up in Baltimore. My banh canh cua(corn chowder) had a rich broth and the noodles were slippery and soft– yum! I added extra chili-garlic hot sauce for that oh so good burn on your lips.
