Pizza Hut

We were aware it was Super Bowl Sunday but decided to order pizza for delivery anyway because I thought it would be 2 hours max. We placed an order at 5:30pm and waited… and waited… and waited. At 7:00pm, they called us to let us know that their oven was going bonkers because of the overwhelming orders and it should be delivered to us in 20 minutes. So we waited… and waited… and waited. About an hour later, I decided to call to cancel the order (or request for a pickup if it was already made), and no one picked up the phone after 20 rings. At 9:45pm, we finally received a call from the downstairs lobby.
The delivery man looked like he was getting yelled at all night (I understood it wasn’t his fault), but was very apologetic and appreciated it when we gave him a tip. One star for him.
4 hours and 15 minutes later, I consumed a slice of mediocre pizza. It wasn’t worth the wait and my craving wasn’t satisfied at all, but I think I was more annoyed at the fact that they quoted us a certain time (initially it was ~30 minutes), and then called us 1.5 hours later to let us know that they had complications and told us another quoted time… and when I wanted to cancel, there was no way to do it because nobody picked up the phone.
I’ll rely on Digornio next time.

Ordered at 4pm for the pizza to be delivered at 6:30pm, called several times between 7:30 and 8:30, eventually cancelled my order at 8:45. Worst service I have ever experienced and the manager essentially told me it wasn’t pizza hut’s fault and didn’t seem to care at all. I can’t stress enough how terrible this place is.

I ordered two Large Pizza’s at 6:44 pm, location 7642 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, Va 22 042. Don’t bother ordering from them because you won’t get it till the next day. The first time I called the phone kept ringing and ringing, finally somebody immediately picked the phone up and hung up. Called the second time and still no answer. Called the Pizza Hut at Seven Corners and they answered. The manager was there and helped me out. Called the one back on Lee Hwy. and they answered. Finally talked to the manager, Markus and he didn’t help at all. Couldn’t give me answers plus the employees were rude. I ordered at 6:44, promised at 8:29 and it is now 9:15 and still no pizza. Like I sad order tonight get tomorrow. If you were able to mark it half a star I wouldn’t even give them that. Never again will I order from them, I would advise the same to you.

Pizza from pickup was cold.

They’re pretty consistent, not a bad last minute dinner option. Wish it was bigger and wish the parking situation was easier.

Not labelled as delivery only. GPSed and Unilocaled it and expected a sit down restaurant.

I am incredibly disappointed in this Pizza Hut. The delivery time has always been at least an hour no matter what day or time. Or worst, they arrive later than the estimated time. I will not order from this place again unless this is addressed.

Con: Everything else [Mubashar the order taker, over-​cooked pizza, burnt cheese, bad attitudes, HORRENDOUS customer service (if you would even call it that)].
My advice — go elsewhere. Like to a garbage bin.

I’m a huge fan of Pizza Hut’s pizza. I like their stuffed crust and I think that they have the best cold pizza when you have left overs. This location is the worst! Always trying to up sell and you have to spell out to them their own deals that they are running in order to get savings. Then the manager has to get involved because the workers don’t understand what I’m saying and they seem sleazy too.
The parking is a nightmare too. No where to park or if you are the few lucky ones to find a spot then you can’t turn around.
Have tried this location three times now trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and I will never use this location again.

Ordered online at 430 in the afternoon and was told the order would be there in 22 minutes. After an hour I rang the store to be told that they couldn’t make ½ the order (chicken wings etc) but they were still going to send the pizza. No attempt to contact me and what use is ½ the things I ordered 45 minutes late. Will never order from them again. Save your self the hassle try anyone else.

Because Blake Shelton told us to, we ordered a Pizza Hut Dinner Box last night, complete with pizza, cheesesticks, and Cinna Stix. Delivery arrived about 5 minutes before they said it would, which was awesome.
I sat the box on the counter, took a bite of one of the slices and put it on my plate, and then picked up one of the cheesesticks, when a little tiny baby roach came crawling toward me from underneath. Yes, a ROACH.
I picked up the cinnastix icing container and smushed it, and took a picture of it with our receipt, with its legs still wiggling. While my fiancé took the whole sha-​bang out to the dumpster, I called and asked for the manager. I offered to email the picture to them, but was interrupted multiple times saying «We don’t have that here.» (That being roaches.) Obviously, they do. He didn’t want to see the picture but did promise a full refund. We’ll see if it comes through or not.
I come from a po-​dunk small town and while I’ve seen my share of roaches in restaurants there, I have NEVER had one in my food in all my years of living. BUH.
DO NOT PASS GO; DO NOT COLLECT YOUR PIZZA FROM HERE.

I have only ever ordered online and done carry-​out from this location. Most of the time I can order online, leave my house right away, and my pizza is ready by the time I get there. Sometimes I have to wait a minute or two and only once was my order 10 minutes behind schedule. No huge problems have ever come up. A-​OK.

Every time I order pizza from this location. the food and service is great employees r friendly.

service here is the worst! I live in the neighborhood right next to this Pizza Hut but would make the trip to seven corners if I want Pizza Hut! the «manager» was very rude and not only to me but to the person who was before me.

I’d give them zero stars if that was possible…
Their delivery guy gave my order to some random person in my apartment building. My apartment building doesn’t allow delivery services to actually deliver to our specific apartments — we have to meet them at the front entrance to the building. So Pizza Hut called me to let me know they were at the front door. I walked down to get my food and found a pizza delivery guy from another local pizza place waiting. The OTHER pizza delivery guy asked me if I had ordered from his company or Pizza Hut. I told him Pizza Hut to which he said — I think they just gave away your food to the guy who ordered from us.
Eventually the moron who walked off with my food came back to the front desk looking for his correct order.
So how did Pizza Hut handle this? They said they’d only refund my money if they got their food back and that they weren’t responsible for this mistake. How can they claim that? I paid by credit card — the least you could do is ask the person picking up the food to show ID or the credit card used to make the order…
Long story short — the moron who picked up the wrong order left me with my Pizza Hut order while I sat waiting for the delivery guy to return with a refund and to reclaim the food.
Their food sucks enough on its own — but after this, I’ll never order from this location again.
Don’t give them your business — order from anyplace else but here.

Okay, full disclosure here… I totally love all things pizza and I love me some chain pizza. HOWEVER.
I placed an order from this location on a Friday night when I had some people visiting. We just wanted to do something low key. I placed my order and the gentleman who took the order was pleasant enough.
After my order hadn’t arrived after 1.5 hours, I called to inquire. The person on the phone was incredibly rude and I could hear him talking to people with his hand over the phone. He tells me that someone had delivered the pizza already and that I was lying. I pleasantly replied that I would not be calling to inquire about the pizza if it had been delivered. He then tells me that the driver TRIED to deliver the pizza three times and that he called me several times as well. Now, there were three people in my apartment that evening and none of us heard my phone ring or my door get knocked on.
I simply asked if they could re-​deliver my order since there had obviously been some sort of mix-​up. He put his hand over the phone, made some sort of comment about me that rhymed with witch, and told me that they would only re-​deliver the order if I wanted to pay for it again. Needless to say, I did not choose that option. He then called me a few more names and hung up on me.
We have not ordered from this location again and instead of using the convenient delivery option, we now drive to the Pizza Hut location at 6263 Old Dominion Drive in McLean. They are friendly, the shop is clean and the order is always ready when we arrive.

Just really not impressed with Pizza Hut at all.
$ 30 + $ 5 tip for a large stuff crust pizza, chicken wings, soda and delivered in the season’s first snow fall, just didn’t seem worth it.
I’m sure we would have spent a lot less and enjoyed our meal a lot more if my wife would get over her phobia of using coupons and just get the best deal in the weekly circular, versus paying full price.
Even though they said 45 minutes to deliver, we knew it would be over an hour to deliver in the snow. From now on… my wife is no longer allowed to make the pizza orders.
