Wonderful salon! Guida cuts my hair expertly and colors it beautifully. I get as many compliments on the style and highlights after 4 weeks as I do right after my appointment. What more could I ask?

My experience at Perfect Endings is always a positive one. I have been going there for over 15 years. The staff is always friendly. Cristina, the nail technician is awesome. Grace, the esthetician is very good and knowledgeable. They actually have a promotion going on now: buy one get one free facial! Cristina does my hair now and I love it. Jorge is also very good with hair and so is Guida. You won’t be disappointed!

So, Juja… here is the review you ask me to write…(and, that was after you ask if I knew what Unilocal was). Even though I had made an appt at least a wk ahead and was so looking forward to a good cut that I overlooked how small and overly crowded the salon was, how I was shuffled from pillar to post awaiting this chair or that, waiting & watching you as you colored & cut a long time client’s hair –as my quickly washed hair covered in wet towel– by whomever – was drying into frizzy kinks… Oh, well, I thought to myself, I’ve read you are «tops» in cutting/styling…And, I will say you did give your older client a great color & cut.
So, why did I have to have so many other ppl wash & dry & color my hair??? My appt was with you –I felt so, well, just squeezed in– What happened to the hi lights I was suppose to have gotten? You left my hair a drab & mousy color… Oh! Such disappointment i felt as my mass of heavy thick wavy hair seemed to flummoxed you from the beginning. So, I finally left with a truly chopped up cut-​No Perfect Endings there there. I came back to show you another day & you were gone… others looked at my hair & asked if you had given me a dry cut… and advised me to come another day to talk to you.
But, I had a wedding to go to in New Orleans and no time for you to get your act together & do right by my hair. Thank God, NO has terrific hair salons at less than half the price I paid you. I was fortunate to be able to be a walk in customer & have my hair recut with brighter blond highlights… only hours before the wedding so, I finally did get my Perfect Endings after all!
Tips: don’t be so hesitant & conservative, a first customer should get the time & attention as your regular clients & should a return customer come back with a problematic hair color/​cut someone in your salon should help them fix it.

Pedicure by Christina: what a luxurious experience ! A true artist, Christina took infinite care over each of the many steps of this procedure. The sea salt scrub was a delightful surprise. My feet have never been so pampered ! It took about an hour, so give yourself plenty of time to lean back and enjoy the pampering.

I so wanted to love Perfect Endings. It’s a charming salon, in a great location near me, with mostly friendly staff, reasonably priced, etc. The problem for me was that it was nearly impossible to get any kind of appointment except the middle of the day during the week, even when trying to plan 4 – 6 weeks in advance. This made the whole experience very stressful, especially because I got the sense that I was the problem for having trouble making it then-​definitely not the other way around. Maybe I am just rationalizing, but my thinking now is that the haircut was just OK, so I might as well move on and look elsewhere. If you have a lot of freedom in your schedule, this is probably a good place to try, but if work, school, or kids keep you busy, you might find it more frustrating than anything else.

Wow! Perfect every time! Geeda is an exceptional colorist and my hair cut and color always look amazing when I walk out of the salon and a true test is if it grows out well. It always lasts and looks great until my next appt. I highly recommend her!
I love everything about this salon and cannot say enough about it. I am a hair dresser myself and have really struggled to find a salon that is affordable and that does my hair the way I want. You will not be sorry for going here. Everybody is friendly and work together well. I’m always impressed.

I had my hair cut and colored by JuJa and absolutely love it! She really listened to what I wanted and created the color I’ve been trying to achieve for the past two years! She cut my hair dry, which turned out amazing. I have naturally wavy, red hair and have been to numerous salons, leaving disappointed. This was a great experience! I finally found my Salon!

I recently moved to the area and chose to go to Perfect Endings because of the positive reviews on Unilocal.Unfortunately, I got the worst haircut I received in a long time.
I specifically had to say many times that I did not want layers cut into my hair, I did not want color, and that I just needed a trim. I also had to tell her that I did not want the front section angled because I braid my hair every day and need the length to do so. Instead of a half inch trim, I ended up getting 3 inches lopped off. I now cannot even do my daily simple hairstyle. Besides that, my bangs now look like I want to be in a punk rock band because of the jagged edges. For a what was supposed to be the most basic trim on a blunt cut, I feel like I just paid $ 75 to set my hair growth back a year and a half and be exceptionally frustrated. Maybe a ruler should be around to show how much a trim is?

Was looking for a last minute Xmas gift for a girl friend in Falls Church. Called to order a gift certificate to mail, and the woman I talked to was very professional and helpful. I’ve tried to buy gift certificates over the phone from other independant businesses and it’s like pulling teeth. These gals were on top of it. Hope my girl friend has a lovely spa day!

I began going to ‘Perfect Endings’ Hair Salon about two years ago. The cut and the highlights are close to perfection, and Ju Ju and the staff always come through. It’s the only place I have returned to for repeat cuts in a 20 year span! I receive numerous comments on my hair from friends and strangers who come up to me and ask where I have my hair done. Professional and friendly service.

I love this place! I’ve been going to Juja for about two years and have never been dissatisfied. I get a cut and blonde highlights (that have NEVER looked orange). I feel that she listens to what I ask for and I trust her professional opinion. And Theresa at the front desk is always a pleasure.

This salon is a hidden gem, I go to MJ-​she always gets it right. Her consult is good, but she seems to just know what looks good on me and what would not. Staff is very nice as well. Bummed I am moving out of the area, now I have to start all over!

I travel from Spotsylvania, VA to go to this hair salon. I have been going to Perfect Endings for about 20 years. I have seen the shop double in size and there is still a wait to get in. Suki and Juja (owners) are amazing. They attend shows each year to see what is new and exciting to try with their clients. Tired of your old hair style. Let them suggest what might look right. You will be pleased. The staff love what they do and it shows.

I love this place. It is teeming with female hormones from the moment you walk in. The staff are all friendly and sweet. I wish the haircuts took longer — so I could stay longer! :)
