My girlfriend brought a dress here to shorten the length and extend the slit. The tailor, I’m assuming her name is My Linh measured my girlfriend with her shoes on and only marked in front of the dress. We were a bit curious as to why she didn’t measure the back, but figured she knew what she was doing. Then we asked about the slit and she said she couldn’t do it. Final charge was $ 35 with a lead time of 3 days, which is super quick. Since we had a deadline this was pretty good. When we came to pick it up, the dress was clearly too short. My Linh’s response? «If it’s too short then there’s nothing I can do». Yes…honestly, pretty ridiculous in my book. The hemmed bottom looked rush, uneven, and had stray fabric sticking out. When we pointed this out to her, she replied that that was how it was supposed to look like. At this point we knew there was no way to make sense of her and have since decided to look in to other ways to recoup the cost of the dress since it can’t be worn. Will keep y’all updated…
