Great attention to detail. She took out a razor and cleaned up the edges. Very pleased and great cut. Shampoo w the head message was so relaxing

Had my haircut here based on Unilocal reviews and recommendations from friends. I must say it was my best barber experience. It started with a hair wash with Nioxin shampoo followed by light accupressure to the ears while drying my hair. Tung asked if I had a picture of what I wanted. I showed some pictures saved from Pinterest and details I wanted. After my haircut, he washed my hair again but this time added an invigorating scrub with a hairbrush and fingertips. Unexpectedly, he applied shaving cream on my chin and upper lip then placed a hot towel on my face while reclined back in my chair. He continued with a dry shave with a slight edge although he had wiped off the shaving cream with the towel. Thought it was odd but no issues. With a hot towel back on my face, Tung used the Oster handheld massagers on my scalp and shoulders. Wow! Felt like it had industrial strength motors! Finally, blow dry and some American Crew gel and he was done. Was charged $ 21 and I’m happy with my haircut. Tung stated he now knows my hair and will not need a picture. Next time, I will request just a cut and wash without the shave. Note: It is cash only! I had to go to the Saigon East mall to get some cash from the ATM.

Just got a men’s haircut here. Tung was my barber. He’s got the fade down. The scissors down. And to finish off with a razor close clean up. $ 13 bucks. I’d say definitely worth it. Something worth noting that was different from the other barbers was he added a scalp cooling liquid, powered the fade to make sure it was perfect and mechanical massaged my shoulders. It came with the haircut. A bit hard to find this shop. It’s in the back right corner of the indoor mall. He’s the young looking dude.

So I went experimental and tried a new place to get my haircut, showed the guy a picture of Andy Lau for reference and as it progressed I can see myself morphing more and more into Jackie Chan with each stroke of the scissors… Went back for a second time and got a new guy name ‘Dai Ca Tung’ and was rewarded with what I was looking for; sharp edges, tapered, razored sides and shoulder massage(strictly professional). Tung was a pro with the scissors I will stick with him. Don’t come on the weekends due to parking at Eden and wait time can vary.

A good place to get a haircut for a reasonable price. I recommend going with of the dudes there. Last time, I got a cut and he strapped on these mechanical massagers on his hands and massaged my shoulders, neck, and head. This time, I went with the boss lady and she did none of that. I was actually very worried whether she could give a decent cut since she’s probably more used to counting money instead of cutting hair. She did a simple job and was done quick.
