This dunkin donuts sucks. Half the time the donuts are stale and they never have any of the good flavors at night.

We love this DD! The manager always gives my kids a free donut hole so that is a major plus in my book since we mainly come for coffee. The parking lot isn’t the best though.

First of all, I have eaten Dunkin Donuts off and on for many years. I have ordered donuts here two times and what I have been served here is not the quality I remember. They have a bland taste with more oil than needed and the person behind the counter did not know what an Apple Fritter was. I moved to Falls Church one month ago and love donuts, apple fritters or cream filled donuts in the morning with my coffee and this is the only donut shop in the area. Will I go back? Not likely.

I love this place; I just wish they weren’t moping the floor so much because it’s a fall hazard. The restrooms are one person at a time deals, which is a bummer when you’ve negotiated the wet floor to get there, only to discover a locked door. Frustrating when you just want to wash your hands. But the service is great: fast, accurate for the most part(they gave me a lemon cream donut once when I wanted a vanilla crème) and kind. The coffee? Beats Starbucks, hands down. And why not? It’s the official coffee/donut shop of the Washington Capitals!!!

Warm and friendly employees; fast and efficient service, regardless of whether they happen to be busy or slow!

I usually go here during off hours of the weekend(as opposed to the morning rush before work). I’ve always found it to be one of the cleaner and larger, more comfortable locations in the area. The staff is friendly and can provide a decent and consistent coffee. I’m not big on much more than a couple of donuts and they are usually on point. With a few tvs and lots of space to sit, I would recommend the place if your not in a rush and want to leisurely enjoy your coffee and donut on a weekend afternoon.

I’ve been to this Dunkin many times. Same thing every time. I’m going to keep this short: Sorry if this review makes me look like an ass but come on. If you’re working at a Dunkin, you should at least know basic english words like«toasted» and«lite» and«sweetener» Worker hands me my order(usually a plain bagel) Me: I asked for not toasted Guy: *blank stare* Me: NOT. TOASTED. Guy: *looks at screen like it’s going to solve the mystery* another worker hands me an untoasted bagel Me: *hands back full fat cream cheese* Do you have any lite cream cheese? Guy: *confused look* no lite cream cheese Me: you guys have lite cream cheese I have it every time I come in here, are you just out?(or do you not have any clue what I’m trying to ask you) And then another worker hands me the lite cream cheese. They put their best english speakers at the register, which doesn’t say a lot since once I asked if the coffee is pre-sweetened and he didn’t know what«sweetened» meant.

This is the most convenient Dunkin to me. I’ve been a number of times and I have never had great customer service. I’d describe it as «so so, get it over with» service that they are providing. I noticed today when I got back into my car with the donuts, my car immediately smelled like grease. I’ve never had that problem with other locations before. Gross! Shouldn’t it be filled with the smell of… sugar? So far I’ve taken bites of the glazed and sugar, and of all the donuts that should overpower you with sweetness, you’d think it would be these two donuts. Nope! Boring. Bland donuts. Sad. I’m taking a break from this location!

This is a super busy DD during the morning hours and dead at night. It’s located at an updated strip mall. Service is pretty friendly and there’s plenty of parking. It’s within walking distance from the main Falls Church City drag.

The people working rush you as soon as you walk in. They always make you feel bad as you peruse the available doughnuts. They always seem to get something incorrect about the order. Just sitting there this morning I saw two people come back saying their order was wrong. The food was pretty fresh this morning.

Alright… I am a fairly big fan of Dunkin Donuts so don’t think I am just trying to hate on this place. I have been here twice now as I like to at Smash Burger and it’s right across the street. Convenient to just stop in and grab some donuts. The problem I have here is that I went in the first time and purchased a dozen donuts. I got home and was going to let my kids split one and when I opened the box I had a few funky looking donuts. Most of the donuts were very dry, as if they were from the day before… but this was around 6pm. When I just stopped back in the other evening, I purchased a half dozen. I got home and my two chocolate donuts were still soft, but the double chocolate had some funky tasting chocolate on top. I also purchased two blueberry cobbler donuts that were not soft and two jelly donuts that were hard as a bullet. A total waste of $ 6. The reason I give them two stars is that the staff was courteous both times and the store wasn’t dirty.

Good coffee and donuts. I gotta ding them on the terrible parking lot. The lot isn’t within their control, but it does make it complicated to get in and out sometimes.

This store, although new, is one you would better off pass on. Not only are they frequently out of donuts(which that alone still amazes me), their staff are have the politeness of a typical toll both operator. If you want to customize your drink in anyway, you won’t get it here. They say they that it’s their store policy not to unless they charge a significant surcharge. Save yourself the stress and insults you will receive and visit the Starbucks two blocks away or another dunkin donuts.

This Dunkin Donuts has become my go-to stop for Friday morning iced coffee and a donut on the way to work. The service is friendly and fast, though when I go(7ish) there is rarely more than a few people in line. I’ve never been disappointed in the taste of my coffee and the selection is well stocked. There’s also plenty of seating room. Can’t really ask for more from my local DD!

Love this location! Super clean and bright~ and the staff are always friendly and nice. When the lines are long, it can take a bit to get my order(people are literally ordering boxes and boxes of donuts for their kids and office) but usually I’m in and out in less than 5 min! My little man loves their jelly donut and hash browns. It’s always nice when they recognize you and tries to memorize your usual when you order!
