Although, we live closer to McLean location we come here for the pizza. Any time I don’t make my own pizza, I crave for Dominos. We always order the same thing and I am usually a happy customer as long as they don’t get too busy and make my Brooklyn style into a almost thin crust ;) But if they do they are always kind enough to ask if they can make up for it. Overall, I like this location and the people who work here. They are my pizza heroes! :)

By far the worst pizza & wings I have ever had. It took them like an hour to bring the order to my house, it tastes like the pizza was outside opened up, dried, like pennies in a way. You ever grab a bunch of coins and smell your hands, that’s how it tasted. The chicken wings were an embrasment to freakin chicken wings, they were soft as hell the sauce would falls off the chicken lol. Wtf!!! You guys suck, I’m never ordering pizza from you guys again!!! Such a waste of money I should of stuck with New York pizza factory in little river or even Chinese food. Ugh work on the quality you put into cooking up food. Seriously

I had to write a review after I had the gluten free pizza. It was awesome. I was able to eat pizza again without the eventual discomfort that would accompany it. The pizza tasted great. I was a little expensive(41 bucks for two 10″ pizzas) but it was well worth it. The only size is 10″ but you can get just about anything on it. The menu on their app is very good and states what is and is not gluten free. They do have a disclaimer that states that its made in the same area and there could be a risk of some cross contamination with wheat from the flour they use on regular pizzas. I did not get sick or have the awful side effects so I see it as all good. I am not sure if other locations offer gluten free but the mobile app found a location that was near my home that did. The pizza tasted awesome!!! I will be getting more in the future.

HORRIBLESERVICE!!! SHAME!!! DOAVOIDATALLCOST, MAKE A MEALOUTOFEXXON/7−11IFNECESSARY. I’m open minded and always give places the benefit of the doubt, so I gave this place 2 chances. First time, they couldn’t figure out where I lived. Took them 1 ½ hours to deliver to my apartment. They kept calling me saying they where lost. I live a ¼ mile away. The guy smelled like he had been smoking/hotboxing. Maybe thats why he took so long? Second time: I went and picked up. They where all on break when I got there. There was a used condom on the floor of the restaurant. Seriously, if you want pizza, don’t go here. I called the BBB, they’re on it.

I had an absolute terrible customer service experience on Feb 29th2012(the pizza was phenomenal & they serve COKE! so this really bums me out). When the delivery guy got to my door, I could tell he looked anxious just by his presence. He couldn’t speak English very well, but he definitely knows how to be rude when he wants to be! First thing he said was«why don’t you put your apartment number?!!» I was confused and said that I did. He then put the receipt up to my face and said, «No! look. no apartment number!» I apologized immediately and understood his frustration but I don’t think he cared to hear me. I explained to him that I remember putting my apartment number in(I ordered online) because it asked me what type of place it was ex: suite, apt… He then put the receipt back in my face and told me that I didn’t. He tried to explain what an apartment number was — are you kidding me? I just told him again that I was sorry he couldn’t find me, but it must have been a technical error. Refusing to believe me, he then got a little louder and said«Well, why no you answer your phone!!?(shoves receipt in my face again, pointing at my phone number) 705? Pfff» as if to make me feel stupid for putting in the wrong phone number, but I didn’t. The local area code here is ‘703’; however, I have MagicJack which allows me to have any phone number I want, hence the ‘705’ area code. To be honest, I don’t even think he was dialing my phone number, I think he was dialing it with a 703 area code(assuming I wrote my own phone number wrong). My phone never rang. And since it’s MagicJack, it is plugged into my computer — the computer which I sat at for 55 minutes staring at their(to be honest, VERY cool) online ordering system that said my pizza was on it’s way! This is getting long so I’ll cut it short. After all his accusations and degrading my intelligence, and just not even caring that I am a paying customer… he hands me the receipt with NOPEN! .are you kidding? He told me he had a pen in the car and told me to use mine; I didn’t have one. He made a jerk laugh as if you say«omg are you effing kidding me?» and then just stared at me. After a couple seconds, and realizing he wasn’t going to get the pen, I had to close the door and search for something to sign the receipt with. After about a minute or two, I found a big fat red crayon in my daughter’s room. I crossed out his tip, signed my name, and let the door close quickly. I wanted him gone and gone fast! Even after I apologized for his trouble(which wasn’t my fault), he didn’t care and just kept pressing the situation. In reality, all he had to do was dial my phone number… correctly!

I ordered a pizza on Sunday evening and it took a hour to come. when it got there it was cold and the crust was as soft as a marshmallow, I had to put it in the oven for 15mins to warm it up and get a crispy crust. They just don’t care to do their jobs well here.

My comment is for this particular Domino’s. The people on the phones are rude. I’ve also had delivery once and the guy forgot one pizza in the car and had to go back. They also messed up one of our pizzas for a recent party – I ordered a Hawaiian and they gave us a spicy Hawaiian. That was an AWFUL peppery surprise! I would call to complain, but I don’t want them spitting in my future pizzas.

You have to love Domino’s Thin ‘n Crispy pizzas. If you’ve never gotten it before, save yourself a crapload of calories and do. Not only is it «healthier»(it’s still pizza, though, for Christ’s sake), but it is truly a great differentiator from other pizza. If you desperately need a regular-crust pizza, might as well skip Domino’s. Their«new» pizza is OK, but there are tons of better options for that. The best pizza IMO is a Thin ‘n Crispy with Pepperoni and Banana Peppers. I friggin’ love banana peppers on my pizza now. Couple that with the pepperoni and it seriously can’t be beat. Me and the wife love this. Every couple of weeks, we get a Thin ‘n Crispy, some wine and watch a movie. It’s amazing we’re not heifers.(Could be the«low-calorie» pizza :)) They have a great online site and I just ordered pizza using my iPhone. Awesome. And check their online site for coupons.

I would order from here more often if it wasn’t for… well I can’t name names, but you probably get the idea the health nut ain’t me. I totally dig their online ordering system. First time using it and I LOVEIT. I definitely prefer to order online than over the phone. I’m sure Gene’s a nice guy but definitely sounds like he’s got some anger management issues. The Pizza Tracker thing is cool too as you get status by the minute. The pizza was essentially what I expected, although I’m not a big fan of their NEWRECIPE and fluffy pizza dough. Even with the deep dish pizza, the dough was too light for me. The delivery man forgot the credit card receipt for me to sign, so he had me rip the receipt sticker off the box and sign it.

Love this place! Order from them at least every couple of weeks. Quick delivery times, good pizza, decent prices. We especially love their thin crust pizzas and bread sticks. Yes, it is a chain, but it is good. Easy dinner for me. We all win.
