I have been coming to this place for a while now. The first few months after it was opened, service was great but lately its drastically on the decline! One of the owners has no clue about customer service. I mean Zero. You could be waiting to be seated for minutes — you finally force yourself to any open seats. He wouldn’t care. He would see you and basically act like you’re not in the restaurant. Read your customers Bozzo!
Even after that you would hope to be tabled by one of the many waitresses-​no one would pay attention to, but of course you see him, surveying the place, (who is in, whose out), still no action from him. He needs to realize that its a matter of time before clients stop coming to this place due to the embarrassing service. Work on your attentiveness!
I must say the food is great!
