Serra Gardens Landscape Succulents

Yey for this crew who makes SURE that you get the best service (and the best
plant) possible! Two of the plants shipped to my cold weather Boston area
were a bit droopy upon arrival. NOT ONLY did these wondderful people
replace both plants with magnificent specimens, but they sent along
as added bonus two other wonderful plants. They MADE MY CHRISTMAS
SEASON!!! Will order from them again (and again andd…)

What a fantastic find Serra Gardens was! I’m a cactus & succulent enthusiast and have quite a varied collection already. Still, there are so many thousands of varieties that you always seem to find something new when you visit a nursery. I was on the hunt for some of the red aloes and was lucky enough to find this place when doing a Google search. It’s about an hour drive for me, but TOTALLY worth the drive! Beth and Don were so friendly and helpful, and both walked & drove me around the growing grounds while I picked out some treasures. Not only did I buy each of the aloes I was searching for, but I found a number of other plants as well. The selection was great but the prices were REALLY REASONABLE! I packed my vehicle with goodies and will be back for more very soon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

This place rocks! If you are in need of succulents, definitely worth a trip. We happened to be coming back from Temecula (to SD), so I planned to stop by before they closed for the day. We specifically wanted aloe (front yard turf replacement), and we did not leave disappointed.
First of all the selection is very, very good. If you have ever been to Exotic in UniHeights, it’s like that but, oh, about 5000x bigger. The prices are great, for example their 1 gallon plants are either $ 6.50 or $ 10.50, versus Home Depot for $ 14.98 or Lowe’s for $ 16.98 (I definitely shop around!). And when we visited they were having a sale so about half the plants we purchased were $ 4, such a deal. Again, the selection is great. Definitely much greater than any standard nursery, or garden center at a big box store. And the staff seems very knowledgeable, so if you are new to succulents, they can help guide you. They had all the different aloes I was searching for, and we even found a new crazy succulent I hadn’t seen before. I usually don’t see new ones at this point, so that was definitely a plus!
They do take credit cards, and have big swatches of paper to try and save your car from the dirt when you buy plants.

My parents are replacing their lawn with drought tolerant landscaping. The expert staff at Serra Gardens helped us with ideas of motifs and price ranges. Thanks Serra Gardens!

I have never been more disappointed by such POOR QUALITY of online goods, even plants. I received my order of 4 Agaves 2 days after I ordered them but one agave had dried ends — 2 inches deep — and its a 1 gallon plant. The other 3 also had dried, twisted leaves, and I would never have selected these at a live nursery. How could these have been shipped out? If you have nothing of quality to sell, then delay the order until something good is available. In person, I know no one would have chosen the dried up things I got — they look like the ones that get tossed in the trash. I have never had such a bad experience online, and will NEVER buy from you again. No wonder they tossed in a 5^th agave free. The public should consider themselves warned from your online dis-​service. If I could give you a «0» I would.

Awesome customer service and selection. Easy to find location in Fallbrook, across from the Masonic Cemetery. Huge selection of succulents and cacti, in 4″ to 4 foot boxes. Best prices ever. Staff was wonderfully helpful. If you are looking for the common or uncommon succulent/​cacti, this is the place to go. They even ship plants via UPS.

This place is spectacular! We came here to see what plants we can use to redo our garden. Don and Rick are super knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was getting a personal tour of a botanical garden. They have amazing selections and pretty good prices and deals. Can’t wait to come back!
