OC Rock ‘n Roll Chef

We had a delicious family Christmas meal prepared by Chef Phil. The BBQ brisket, chicken and coconut sweet potatoes were exceptionally good. Chef Phil was very accommodating and I highly recommend OC Rock n Roll Chef.

by far the worst catering ccompany Ive ever encountered, He didnt even make enough for the weeding and not even half the people who were supposed to come came, so he was supposed to prepaare for 250 pple and only 150 showed and he ran out of food. BRIDES worst nightmare when your trying to have a nice weeding day and the CATER Dosnt do his job rght, Very sad when you shoulde gone to MCDONALDS instead of a suppoed to be a great catering company, The food was so awful, the sause was burnt, the taste was horrible! My todler wouldnt even eat the food and she eats anything, DO YOURSELF A HUE FAVOR AND WALK AWAY FIND Someone else… If I can give him ZERO STARS I WOULD’VE

like him or love him nobody that has ever met Phil can argue that he doesn’t love his work. I have eaten complex dishes like his Korean short ribs marinated in god knows what and his simple stuff like mac and cheese and everything tastes great because he really cares. Phil s get it done attitude and mad kitchen skills have made him a favorite at everyplace he has worked. In fact the only folks I have ever met that have been unhappy with him were his competition or the crooks that have taken advantage of his good nature. I eat at chef phils table when ever possible and you should too because it just doesn’t get better than chef that knows what he is doing and really cares about the result add to this his larger than life personality and ability to entertain crowds and you have a winner for any party or charity event you wish catered

OC Rock ‘n Roll Chef catered my baby shower, which was an early day event.
He provided a beautiful arrangement of homemade breakfast fritata, delicious fruit platters and fresh warm scones with Coffee, Tea and Juices for over 100 people including men and children. Everyone enjoyed his fare and we were very happy with the presentation, we could not have done it without him. I would recommend him for any event.

Phil is a true blue guy. His food is amazing and he is an awesome entertainer. Hire this guy. You will not be let down!

Some of the best BBQ we’ve ever had!!! Phil’s sauces are the best! I wish we lived closer, we’d use his catering services for all of our big parties! He can cook anything!!!
