Let’s ignore the fact that the internet advertisement for these apartments was misleading regarding the cost range and what size apartment they were touting, but I advise you not to ignore the attitude behind the tactic. It’s called deception. Aside from the not so safe area of Fallbrook in which these apartments are located, there are some serious issues, only one of which is the lack of adequate trash receptacles that were sacrificed for extra parking when they added more units a few years ago. The attempt to solve this problem is to have trash pick up daily. This is hardly enough, and I’m sure the tenants at the bottom of the rather steep driveway do not appreciate the situation. As mentioned above, parking is another area of concern for tenants and their guests. The only guest spots are located at the entrance to the complex, so far from most of the units that it’s ridiculous. The mindset of the tenants is to get your vehicle towed if you’re in their assigned spot. It nearly happened to me a few years ago when visiting my son in these apartments. I will refrain from further critique and problem revelations, until I am able to relocate and am certain that there will be no repercussions. This in itself, should say enough. Bypass these apartments and look towards the NorthEast side of town.
